It has been a while since I wrote anything regarding this story.
First of all, I'm glad that you guys are enjoying this story and I love reading all of your comments.
Second of all, just reminding you guys that this is a work of fiction and while baseball is a real game, this piece is not so pardon me if it is not completely accurate.
Lastly, I have read quite a few comments about you guys wanting me to continue this story. I can firmly say that I will not be doing that because it is not what I set out to do with this story. This is one of my first stories and I wanted to keep the focus on the bet that occurred and the following date. I ended it where I did so that you guys could take it over for yourselves and continue it with your own brilliant imaginations.
I am sorry if that upsets any of you, but that was what I decided and I'd love to hear what your continuation of the story is in the comments below!
