The date is 25.06.2020.
Over a year has passed since I left my old town.

"Dad I told you! I want to make music! I want to sell my music and become an artist! Why won't you accept that?" I yelled at my dad, holding my lyric book in front of my chest after he had found it in my bedside drawer. He sat me down in the living room and tried talking me out of it.
"Evelyn why won't you just accept the fact that it won't work out? You should work for my company! You could become a rich, start a family and move into a big city! Why isn't that what you want?" He got up, grabbed the book out of my arms and began to rip some of the pages in half.
That was enough.
I stormed up into my room holding onto the ripped pieces of my song.

Finally upstairs I closed the door trying to not to make any noise so I wouldn't anger my dad even more.
I locked myself in my room four hours, trying to glue the pages back together.

„Evelyn please open the door!" my mom yelled through the door trying to get me to come outside.
„Go away! I told you I don't want to talk to you!" I shouted back.

I didn't want to talk to anyone, not even my brother who I usually always told everything that was bothering me.
He already tried to get me to leave my room but I just wanted to be left alone.
I wanted to run away.
Just for a bit.

„Evelyn?" a soft voice asked.
„do not enter it's written on the doorway! Why can't everyone just go away?" I screamed in frustration. Now I was getting really mad and tears began to fall.
„Its me Lyn, Mori." the voice answered.
„oh, well, except you, you can stay" I answered her a bit embarrassed after I screamed at her even though she did nothing wrong. Moriah quietly entered the room, showing no negative reaction to my probably red and glossy eyes.
It wasn't the first time she had to see me like this.

„Lyn do you want to go on a trip with me? You look like you need it." Moriah asked me patting my back.
„what's that supposed to mean?" I chuckled wiping away some of the leftover tears I had on my face. I got up from the cold floor, patted down my clothes and ruffled my hair.

Moriah helped me grab the most important things like clothes, water, food and money.

We rushed out of my house running to the train station after leaving a note on my bed that read "I'll be staying at Moriahs tonight".

Half an hour later Moriah and I were sitting in the train watching the trees pass by, eating some of the snacks we had packed and talked about whatever came to our minds.
We made a few stops at places we liked, walking around looking at shops and stopping at cafés.
As the sun went down we decided to slowly head back.
Moriah already asked her parents to let me stay over for the night. It's Saturday so we didn't have to worry about school.

Home was still far away.
We found a few free seats and decided to lay down until we arrived. I had calmed down and snuggled up next to Moriah on the small seats.
