ミ☆ ━━━━ MOSTCAMPERS AT NIGHTWING do not get along. The reason behind the rivalry between the two towns, is mostly because the Sunnyvale citizens' superiority complex. This does not mean they are bad people, though. Shadyside was known for being cursed and having some of their people turn into murderers overnight every once in a while. Crazy, I know, right?
Luna Donovan, a blue eyed girl with personality issues, has always thought of herself as a very confident person. That was not the truth, though. She knew exactly that she would build her personality around who or what is surrounding her at the moment. For example, when she lived in Shadyside, she was the sweetest, nicest young girl the town had seen. She was friends with the people nobody wanted to be friends with, and would greet everyone with a smile if they walked past her. That was until she moved to Sunnyvale in 1975. Luna turned into the meanest girl the town had ever seen, turning people into stone if they looked very closely into her eyes. Okay, that is an exaggeration, but you get what I am saying.
Ziggy Berman, a misunderstood red head that roamed the streets of Shadyside in her skateboard, used to be Luna Donovan's childhood best friend. This was, obviously, before everything I just told you happened. Ziggy was always distant with everyone, and even the kids in town would bully her, but not Luna. Luna was Ziggy's best and only friend, until she moved to Sunnyvale, and completely cut contact with her. This brought Ziggy to tears, almost, since it was unannounced.
They both met at Camp Nightwing at the age of six, during their first year attending. Nobody could pull them apart from each other; always walking around, talking, and not doing the camp activities, but breaking the rules. But, the question everyone asks themselves is, what the hell happened between these two? Truth is, when Luna moved to Sunnyvale she befriended Sheila, the only person who was considered meaner than Luna.
Things take a huge turn of events when in the summer of 1978, the sixteen year olds find themselves in a very scary and out of the ordinary situation, when one of the camp counselors turns into a psychopath over night, an starts violently killing everyone that stood in his way, and this was not an exaggeration.

NEW AUTHOR'S NOTE: so i was 16 when i started this fic, and now i am 18, so time has passed and my writing has gotten better, which is why i wanted to try and rewrite this whole fanfic. i will try my best to do so. also, i will add a few chapters if needed, so if you want to reread the whole thing, that'd be cool :)
