Today's the day. It's happening. It's actually happening. Today. In 3 hours Ranboo will be here. 3 hours.

It's still hard to believe I'm about to see Ranboo for the first time, and it's so soon. I hope it's not awkward. It shouldn't be, but I don't know. I think I'm just paranoid.

__

Well, we're on our way. By we're, I mean my mom and me. She's driving because I don't know how to drive. We're about 15 minutes away from the airport. It's an hour away, such a long drive.

We're here, standing, waiting. He should be out soon. My mom hardly even knows what he looks like. I showed her a picture in the car but she couldn't really see it. It also wasn't that good of a picture. I took it while we were on Facetime. He looked so cute in that picture. I wanted to make it my background, but if anyone saw it, they would start asking questions I didn't know the answer to.

People started walking out from the loading bridge or whatever it's called. I watched as person after person walked out. None of them were Ranboo. I told my mom you'd know him when you see him. He'll be the one a foot taller than everyone else, hard to miss.

I stood with my mom watching for a minute or two, then I saw him. 6 foot 6, brown hair, mask, and glasses Ranboo. We held eye contact as he walked out then we broke it cause he turned to the baggage claim.

"Was that him?" my mom asked.

"Yup." :)

We walked over to where the baggage claim was. I stood, leaning against a pillar, watching Ranboo grab his bags. It doesn't really feel real yet.

"Like the view," Ranboo shouted after he turned and realized I was staring at him. I was smiling, watching him. Good thing we have masks on.

"My mom's right here, you know." Idiot. He walked over to us.

"Nice to meet you, ma'am," Ranboo said to my mother.

"Nice to meet you too." My mom said with a smile. She looked over at me and pulled her mask down. She worded "polite" and smiled.

Ranboo turned to me and set down his bags. He pulled me in for a hug. It was warm, calming. I could get used to this. :)

"Alright get to carrying," Ranboo stopped hugging me.

"I'm not carrying your bags. They look heavy. You carry them." He just laughed at me and grabbed his stuff.

We walked out of the car. I decided to be nice and help Ranboo put his bags in the car. We then got in the car, and we were off.

I really wanted to sleep in the car, but I didn't want it to be awkward leaving him to talk to my mom.

"Ahh, why does the airport have to be so far away from our house," I complained.

"How far is it?" Ranboo asked.

"It's only an hour," My mom answered.

"ONLY, that's so long."

"An hour is not long at all," Ranboo laughed at me.

"Yeah, it is."

"It's really not, but okay."

"Sure it's not, American."

"What's that supposed to mean?"
