1: Alex and Lyssy's backstory

Alyssa Noel or Lyssy had led a hard life. She was born to two fiercely intelligent scientists in 1998. Her parents were rarely around, and as a result Lyssy rarely interacted with kids her age.

Her parents worked for a chemical plant almost 30 miles from her small apartment in Arizona. Her parents long work hours meant that poor Lyssy had often been left alone, and unable to interact with kids her age.

Her only source of interaction had been the family computer where she spent countless hours leafing through random websites, and catching up on world affairs on NBC.com.

Despite Lyssy's isolated childhood, when she was 6 years old she attended elementary school. There she was an instant hit with both her peers and teachers. Lyssy's teachers found her adorable and smart, while her peers loved her down to earth attitude, coupled with her quick witted humor and upbeat personality.

By the summer of 2012 Lyssy's appearance had changed dramatically. The young girl had blossomed into a beautiful young woman.

Her high school years progressed as smoothly as her early years in elementary school. Her bubbly personality and good looks caused the student population to adore Lyssy.

Lyssy never dated any boy's throughout her freshmen year in high school. But she had secretly been attracted to Alex Teran, a beautiful brunette girl that had been her best friend since her freshman year of highschool.

Alex was fiercely intelligent like Lyssy and the two often had a friendly competition going where they would try to out do each other in school.

Whenever Alex scored a 100 on a test, Lyssy would try to get a 102 on the next test. And when Lyssy scored a 102, Alex tried to score a 103 on the next test. The two slowly became inseparable, Lyssy could be seen hanging out with Alex almost every single day.

The duo also had similar backgrounds. Like Lyssy, Alex was born to two scientists. The difference was that Lyssy's parents were a wealthy couple who owned a company called Cisco global systems. Sadly, much like Lyssy, Alex had an isolated childhood.

Also like Lyssy, Alex combatted her social isolation by going on her family computer and reading through the various bits of internet randomness that she could find online.

Ironically the constant isolation had the opposite effect on Alex. It caused her to become quiet and soft spoken, which contrasted heavily to Lyssy's bubbly personality.

Despite her isolated childhood, when Alex and Lyssy attended highschool together it was like the saying "opposites attract" came true in every sense of the word. Alex's soft spoken demeanor appealed to Lyssy's tomboyish attitude.

The two bright students could be seen nearly every single day either in the library or in their local swimming pool reading, and laughing amongst themselves, about the boys that had tried to ask them out or Lyssy's hilariously terrible ideas on how she would become dictator of the world.

Some notable examples of Lyssy's comically insane plans were:

1. Invade Russia disguised as Hilary Clinton, and somehow get rid of Vladimir Putin using a combination of trickery and diplomatic shenanigans. From there she would (to Alex's delight), instate Alex as the new Queen of Russia and restore the Russian Monarchy.

2. Somehow convince the population she was god by using a large projector and a set of mirrors. An image of her floating head would be broadcast across the world as she stated her plans to bring world peace to a world that had been in turmoil for almost 17 years. Then hopefully the populace would either now down to their new God out of either fear or desperation for peace.

3. And finally (debatebly the most "normal" option), become a YouTuber and raise up an army of fans so large and so dedicated that when Lyssy eventually asked them to appoint her as their president, they wouldn't even question her authority. And soon Lyssy and her future waifu Alex would be queen of the world.

Although Lyssy had long forgotten about plan number 3 (it being replaced in her mind by other insane plans that resembled 1 and 2) Alex had not. Ironically it would be Alex, not Lyssy that would begin laying the groundwork to create one of the most successful YouTube channels in recorded history.

But we're getting off track, back to the story.

Soon after their senior year Lyssy and Alex developed feelings for each other. Unsurprisingly though the duo were terrified of what becoming a lesbian couple might do to their social lives. And the two silently agreed to not act on their feelings, at least until they had graduated.

June 20,2016

Luckily for the two lovebirds their wish to date until after graduation had come partially true. It was June 20,2016 the last day of high school for both Lyssy and Alex.

As Lyssy looked upon her school one last time before walking up the first 3 steps of the school bus, it dawned on her that this was the last time she would see the building that she called home for the past 4 years.

With Alex in tow behind her, Lyssy boarded the last steps of the bus. Distracted by her thoughts, Lyssy lost her footing and tripped down the steps and accidentally pulled Alex on top of her. The duo fell down the bus steps, rolling down in a tumbled heap.

Luckily the two of them landed in a small bed of flowers in an otherwise hard concrete street. Lyssy landed underneath Alex as the two tumbled through the flowers in front of the school. As the two rolled to a stop in the flower bed, Alex's lips were positioned just centimeters away from Lyssys. "Oh fuck it" Alex muttered.

She snaked her arm behind Lyssy's head and laid a kiss on her lips. Lyssy's eyes widened, before she leaned further into Alex's lips and deepened the kiss. Their tongues battled for dominance, the outside world had been shut out from their minds. All that mattered was the love Lyssy and Alex were sharing with each other.

The students on the bus stopped what they were doing and looked at Alex and Lyssy furiously making out on the flowerbed. At first one student whistled, before all the students slowly started clapping. Soon all the students in the buses surrounding Alex and Lyssy began clapping and cheering.

The bus drivers who had known them for years cheered and clapped along with the students.

Alex broke of the kiss with Lyssy and dusted the flower petals off her dress. She extended a hand towards Lyssy who graciously accepted her assistance.

"Wow... that was amazing Alex", Lyssy said still dazed from the kiss. "Agreed Lyssy." Alex giggled. "Wanna go again?" Lyssy fluttered her eyelashes at Alex.

Lyssy was interrupted by the bus driver who coughed before stating in a gruff tone "I know you two lovebirds are probably thinking about how best to clean each other's tonsils out, but me and the wifey are supposed to go to my retirement party in 45 minutes" "in other words get your behinds in here now", the bus driver finished with a slight smile.

Alex and Lyssy sheepishly boarded the bus. The students around them clapped and whistled as they made their way to the back.

The words "Congrats you guys!" And "Finally!" rang out as the students congratulated the new couple. Lyssy confidently blew kisses and waved at the adoring crowd.

Alex shyly smiled at the cheering students, giving a few small waves to her closest friends, but quickly tried to worm her way out of the spotlight.

Quickly, Lyssy noticed Alex's change in demeanor and motioned for her to sit in the seat facing the window, while she continued to handle the flood of congratulations from the students around her.

Alex obliged and sat down on the window seat behind her new girlfriend. The words "new girlfriend", rang in Alex's mind and it fully dawned on her that Lyssy was now her girlfriend. Her face broke into a wide smile at the thought.

Meanwhile Lyssy was finally forced to sit down when the bus began pulling away from the school for the last time in their lives. Lyssy put her arm around Alex and the two cuddled.

Despite of the uncertainty faced they would face after highschool , Alex and Lyssy knew that they had each other. They knew that they could do anything together.... even take over the world.
