Abbie was coming over which I was glad about. I honestly needed to speak to her.

"Dan, listen to us. Speak to abbie about how you feel. About georgia. she will listen. Just let me know yeah?" Mum said

"Yeah of course." I smiled "but I'm thinking of finishing her anyway. It's not the same anymore. I'm sorry."

"Listen I will support you, no matter what you do."

"Okay. Thanks."

"Don't worry."

We said our goodbyes and she left.

I then sat at my piano and carried on working on a song I be writing.

There was a knock on the door and I ran over knowing it was abbie.

"Hey!" I smiled. my face dropped as I realised something was wrong. "what's up?"

"The sky." she smiled

"Seriously."

"Erm how long have you been with georgia?"

"A few years. Why?"

"Oh." she said looking deflated. I took her hand and led her into the kitchen on the bar stools.

"Talk to me. Please"

"Did you notice anything? Dodgy? You know yesterday."

"With georgia and Adam?"

"Yeah."

I nodded. "so did mum."

"Do you think they've met before?"

"Course. And I think they've been more than friends."

"So do i."

"To be honest the past few weeks it's not been the same. Like we've been so distant and ... the past week we've argued every night. Like last night she screamed at me and mum was sat there playing with the dogs."

"What did your mum do?"

"Well I spoke to her this morning but she's not the biggest fan of georgia. She doesn't dislike her but she ... do you get me? I carnt explain."

"She doesn't hate Georgia but she feels that there's better people?"

"Yeah." I smiled "what about you and Adam?"

"To be truthful. I don't know why we're even together. We're completely different people. Yeah opposites attract but not in our case."

"I'm shit at finishing people."

"Yeah I know that!" She said pulling a face.

"We had too."

"Yeah we kind of stopped being in a relationship but didn't."

"I honestly couldn't help myself."

"Well I clearly didn't want to stop either." she laughed "but that reminds me. You Carnt tell anyone this. But when I got in Australia after about three weeks I passed out and ... had a miscarriage."

"What seriously."

"Yeah."

"Who would of been the dad?" I asked "did you like sleep with someone as soon as you got there?"

"No! Why don't you think about who I slept with before I left?" She said pulling a face.

"Who did you sleep with other than ... oh. Me. Sorry."

"You haven't changed at all." she smiled as she poked my belly.

The front door slammed and I heard Georgia giggling.
