Tsukishima and Yamaguchi had made plans but now the olive haired boy wasn't even picking up the phone.

Tsukishima was excited to practice his daisy chains aswell. Sometimes when he couldn't sleep, he'd wave his hands around imitating the notion of making a daisy chain, of pulling one stem through the other carefully.

The blond decided to just head to the field him and Yamaguchi usually went to together, the field infested with hundreds and thousands of daisies.

Those were the happiest moments of his life, being in that field making daisy chains with the only person he actually loved in his life.

Maybe Yamaguchi's phone had died and the boy was just waiting for him at their spot. He hoped so.

It only took about ten minutes to get there but the blond was still out of breath by the time he did, the weird weight in his chest had been feeling extra heavy lately.

The weight only increased when Tsukishima saw Yamaguchi at their spot, he was there with Terushima Yuuji, he was there kissing him.

He was there but he was so far at the same time.

The weight got too much and Tsukishima felt his knees buckle as he dropped to a kneeling position on the ground, like a wilting flower.

The gravel dug into his knees but it wasn't anything compared to seeing his crush kissing someone else.

He wanted to be Yamaguchi's first kiss, he wanted a lot of things he couldn't get though.

Like his want to be able to make the perfect daisy chains just for a boy who didn't even want him.

Yamaguchi wanted Terushima, the boy who could make perfect daisy chains, the boy who felt weightless and free and happy.

Why couldn't Tsukishima have any of those things?

Didn't he deserve them?
