A random execution (and death) book which no one should read

So there was this fella named Aki. His life was completely normal: he had decent grades at school, attended university, and is almost graduated. He also had a good reputation and a well paying job. However, this all changed when a twisted fuck became the new leader of his country. The leader made this new sickening rule that Alpha's were on the top, Beta's were just the normal civilization, and Omega's were actually nothing more than public sex slaves, who were relying on bystanders to give them food and the rest. This rule "fortunately" only applied to people of and over 18 years old. Because this country had only 1 ruler, no one could change this new rule.

The leader is normally chosen through voting, but there was a tie between 4 people, but instead of voting again, but just for those 4 people, they gambled. Yes. The dumbest way possible. Gambling. And this twisted fuck won. Now you're probably wondering: how did that fella even got that far?
Well, he put on an act for years. He acted like he was a smart, sane, friendly individual who was willing to sacrifice anything he could in order for the best for his country. And the leader couldn't get replaced until they either die or after at least 10 years. So yes.

Aki, who happened to be an omega fox, and 19 years old, was devastated. He got expelled from university, fired from his job, and got kicked out of his house. Everyone who was over 18 years old were forced to meet up in front the leader's house, Omega's in the front, beta's in the middle, and alpha's on the end. In front of the house, there was a strange thing, just standing there.

When the leader came up, he said: "Greetings, fellow civilians and slaves!! You all must've heard about the new rule, right? That's right, all Omega's have lost their rights and are now here to fulfill all your sexual needs!! However, if you're married with an omega, and still love them now, feel free to pay 69 million dollars for their freedom!! Bet y'all can't afford that!! Now you must be curious about this thing right over there!! Well, that are the omega's new homes!! Don't they look great?? They just have to stick their heads through this hole, and their legs through these rubber bands!! Let me get a test subject. You!! The fox right over there!! Come here!!" He pointed at Aki. Nervously, he stepped forth. "Strip. You don't have the right to own these anymore, slave." The leader said coldly. Embarrassed, Aki stripped, and immediately covered himself with his hoodie. "Drop that thing, it's not yours anymore." The leader said, and pulled Aki by his hair. He pushed Aki in the place where the head is supposed to be (it's like a pillory with rubber bands at the back). Then he grabbed Aki's legs and put them in the bands, and tightened them. "This is what your new home looks like from now on, slave. What does it feel like? Naked in front of everyone, with your legs spread so that your leader can see your hole?" He said, in a mocking tone. "I-I-" Aki got cut off by a horsewhip whipping him hard. He moaned softly. "I didn't give you the right to speak yet, and I didn't give you the right to enjoy yourself." The leader said. Aki couldn't believe his eyes. Except for the omega's, everyone was laughing at him. "Filthy slut!!" "You like that, don't you?" "I could get used to this!!". He was questioning why they liked this twisted idea. Then a simple, yet cruel answer came in up.
