Chapter 4

Draco's P.O.V:

Christmas was nearly here! Me and Olivia have barely spoken since the incident on the field.

*FLASHBACK*

I cast a spell on Ron and slugs started falling out his mouth, some people were laughing and some people were just making comments like 'Ew' or 'Gross' I looked over at Harry and Chloe whilst laughing and then Chloe walked off.

A minute later, Olivia came out on her crutches. "Malfoy! What are you doing?! Why are you being so mean?! These are my friends! I never want to talk to you again!" Regret instantly filled me.

*FLASHBACK ENDED*

We have only talked when we were put together in class. I tried to say sorry but she ignored me and just talked about the work.

I am going to make it up to her this Christmas. I am going to get her the best present! I am going to get her a huge teddy bear!

I heard she likes teddies and also I will get her some drawing stuff because Pansy said she is a good drawer. I hope she will show me her drawings.

I draw too but no one knows that about me, maybe if I drew a picture of her.

*2 HOURS LATER*

I have got all the presents I need for Olivia. I opened my dorm room and saw a white sparkly bag with snowflakes on it laying on the bed. I walk over to my bed and look at the tag.

"Malfoy, here's a present, don't open it till Christmas. Still mad at you but I get everyone presents so yeah. Olivia x"

That is so sweet! Should I give her my present now or Christmas? I think...now!

I close the dorm door and head to Olivia's room. I knock but there is no answer. I knock again and this time Pansy answers.

"What do you want Malfoy?" "I need to speak to Olivia." She looked at the big teddy with a bow and my bag I was holding. "She's not here, she went to find Chloe." I nod.

I walk towards the main hall, no sight of them, maybe they are at Hagrid's?

In the distance I see a blonde haired girl sitting on the step with her head in her hands. Is it Olivia? I run up to her and sit next to her, I lift her head up.

"Olivia I'm really sorry, here I got you some presents, Olivia I didn't mean to cast that spell on Ron, I regretted it straight after, please forgive me?"

"Okay I forgive you I guess and plus I hate holding grudges anyway. I have worse things to worry about like the fact that Chloe has left me, I can't find her anywhere! We have only met up like five or six times in the past three months."

I had no idea what to say to that so I just rubbed her shoulders in sympathy. "Livvi lets go back inside, it's cold." She nodded and we headed inside.

*A few days later*

Woo! It's Christmas! Normally I'm not a Christmasy person but I really wanted to see what Olivia had got me, I jumped out of bed and grabbed the bag.

I took out the present which was a homemade friendship bracelet. This is the nicest thing anyone has ever got me. Should I go find Liv now or later? What if she's still asleep? It's Christmas! She will definitely be awake!

Olivia's P.O.V:

I got out of bed and headed over to my presents. The teddy I got from Draco was already in my bed as I now sleep with it.

I took the presents out the bag and saw some drawing stuff and a picture he has drawn of me. He is such a good artist. There was a little note at the bottom of the sheet.

"Hopefully someday you will show me some of your drawings :). Draco."

Aww bless him. My heart kind of dropped because on the note I left him I put a kiss but he didn't. Silly I know but still.

I opened the rest of my presents, when I saw a present from Chloe. She wrote on the tag "Sorry haven't seen you much, meet tonight at Christmas dinner okay? Chloe xxx" She got me a necklace with a butterfly on it.

She has probably been busy with school work and stuff. I got distracted by a knock at the door. Who could that be? I opened the door and it was Draco. He was staring at me.

I looked down and then realised I was in a no sleeve top and short shorts (Very short may I add), I quickly rushed inside and grabbed my new panda dressing gown. "Sorry about that, oh and thank you for the presents Malfoy they were lovely." I smiled at him.

"Yours too, I just came by to say thankyou, must dash now." And with that he went, he was being blunt again? But why?
