I rubbed my temples in frustration. How was I going to solve this? I was so close to just giving up. But one should never.

I sighed before just picking a random choice hoping for the best. I flicked on the radio,

"London was recently bombed by Germany, as many know. Authorities now sending out children to homes in the country" said the news woman.

I furrowed my brows, "never mind" I mumbled, turning off the radio. It didn't help anyway, I shook it off.

I heard trotting in the distance, Ms. Macready must be home. I crawled on my bed to peer out the window.

I saw Ms. Macready's Carriage, but inside was four children. I whipped my head around at the radio and turned my head back around. Bizarre.

I stumbled off my bed and out the door. I made my way down the steps, where was James? I perched on the second floor, I squatted behind the railing.

I watched as they walked in and looked around, they went up the stairs, I realised they were walking towards me. In the moment, I ran to the other hallway.

I hid in a spare room, in that spare room was a beautiful wardrobe with fabric thrown over it. Drawn to it, I hitched the cloth off.

I opened it slowly, before climbing in I turned around, I took a deep breath and shut the wardrobe's doors, not all the way, but slightly.

I walked slowly to the back of it, a rather long wardrobe it was. I pushed the last jackets and met trees, snow, and a world?

I walked into the world, the fresh scent of serenity, it was quiet and beautiful. I walked along a nonexistent path.

My eyes met a lamppost, irregular though. It was still lit, strange because it was frigid. My skin turned a pale white.

I heard a rustling, I whipped my heard around and saw two beavers, they were walking on two feet though, "Hello there" I said politely.

"Hello there, mate" said one of them, I was taken aback, "Sorry about that, what's your name?" A female voice spoke from the other.

"Um- my name is Athena," I said, they looked at each other in delight. "Where are the other five?" He asked, "Pardon?" I asked,

"Y'know the three boys, three girls?" The male beaver said, "Oh— I um- I don't know" I sheepishly, "Well of course you know where they are!" The female one blurted.
