There has always been that question. Where do Myths and Legends come from? The answer is always: From old stories and tales. But then, you get to wondering, where do the stories come from?
Tales of Prince Charming’s or Knights in shining armour. Tales of Elves, Dwarves, Wizards and the Battles of old. Tales that children love, tales children want to be real. But as they get older, they turn from something almost real, to just another Myth or Legend.
The question always remains the same, where do these stories come from? No one ever seems to know. The answer is more simple than one could ever imagine. Myths and Legends have always been real.
Stories based on fact. The creatures of Legend have always been real, still existing without ever being seen. Living in the heart of the world. The Earth’s core. And once in a blue moon, someone finds this out and they delve deeper, getting all the information they need. As in both the Crust and Core of the Earth, there are guardians, the links between worlds. Guardian’s who can write tales for those of outer world to read.
It’s always fantasy though. Happily Ever Afters’ that are not necessarily as real as we want them to be. The Core is as real as we are. And it’s tales, aren’t always what we would want them to be. War, Famine, Pestilence and Death are as real there as they are here.
The biggest difference though, is one of the best. In the Core, they have all have a choice to make; Do they live a simplistic life or do they go on an adventure?
