Devri's POV It's currently June and a few months ago I just moved in with my boyfriend jimmy in Ohio. I graduated from clark Atlanta last month. Lord I'm grateful to be done with college I can't be stressing like that ever again. Jimmy has been kinda busy with summer workouts but it's ok "ball is life" corny? Yes ,but I guess that's the truth. I currently have the week off from work so I've just been spending time in our apartment. Jimmy will be home at 4 I'll be waiting non-patiently lol. I was feeling the need to get cute today and take some pictures. The bathroom was my next destination taking a shower while getting my teeth brushed and hair maintained. When I got dressed I took a few mirror pictures and videos. A thought came to mind that I should treat myself to breakfast this fine morning. Sounds good indeed. Going downstairs I make sure to check on our cat riah and put some cat food/water in her tray.

Being me of course IHOP was where I ended up. Those buttermilk chocolate chip full stack pancakes are too good not to eat. I hate orange juice and apple juice so I settled for water to drink. When I was ready to pay for the check I checked the time and notice it was 2:00 That means T minus 2 hours until I get to see my jimbo. I found a parking garage and took pictures there. Of course I have the whole set up with a mini ring light and tripod to have my very own photo shoot. I was at the parking garage for 30 minutes making sure I had great photos before taking the time to pack my stuff and get back in my car to go home. Jimmy's POV I woke up this morning to go to my workout but dang I really didn't want to leave devri. I know she would love to spend more time with me but basketball is really important to me (other than her) especially since my injury. I've been itching to get back on the court and play a full season with Ohio state. I love my girl forever and always. I was getting this work in and my trainer let me take a break at around 2:30. I decided to text dev just to check in and let her know I'll be there soon.

Devri's POV I made it home at 3:00. I greeted riah and she followed me up into our bedroom. I wanted to be in comfortable clothes so I took another shower and changed into sleep wear already. That shower was amazing whew. I decided I just wanted a snack and to watch Netflix cuddling up to riah. * 1 hour or so later* It was about 4:20 and I heard noise in the kitchen. The door to our bedroom opens and in walks a sweaty jimmy. "Hey baby I missed you " " I missed you too luv" I get out of bed to kiss and love on him keeping in mind that he is sweaty. " I'm going to shower then I'll come cuddle up with you" *time skip* I'm lazy to go into detail
It's about 7:30 jimmy and I have been watching sister sister for the past few hours with our cat cuddled up at our feet. I get up to go use the bathroom and make sure my scarf is on my head. "I'm about to lay down I'm mad tired" " alright I love you" " love you too" ——————————————————————————— I woke up at 10 not feeling the need to be sleep. Looking to my left I saw jimmy was wide awake on his phone. " can't sleep anymore babes?" "Nah I don't even feel the need to go back to sleep" " wanna go for a late night drive" "I'm in for sure" We both get up going to the bathroom to freshen up and I wanted to change into sweatpants. Of course I wanted a quick picture with my love before we left out apartment. " say cheese !"

After I change we grab our phones and the basic necessities heading to the car. There was no destination at mind but going anywhere with him just makes me incredibly happy. Jimmy let's me have the aux and I play our playlist made for late night drives. While we are on the road I still have no idea we're we are going. About 20 minutes later I find as at a beach. It puts some excitement in my heart. I don't really like the sand on the bottom of my feet but at the moment I didn't care I was just taking in the moment. I grab Jimmy's hand and we go sit on a rock. For minutes I admire my surroundings in the night. It looks amazing out here at this time. As I look around I get a feeling that someone is looking at me. I turn to look at jimmy and see him staring at me. " why are you staring at me ? ". " look at you, your so beautiful I just love the feeling of being able to say your mind and I love seeing your Curiosity/ admiration for everything out here". " why thank you kind sir I appreciate it aha but stop staring at me" " I don't think I can you are just too gorgeous". " don't go all cheesy on me now just stop staring haha" " fine but just one more thing I love you never forget that" " I love you too always and forever "
The two hold each other while commenting about their setting. It begins to get later, dev and jimmy start to get tired and decide to go back home. Once their home they make sure everything is locked and fall asleep in each other's arms. ____________________________________
