Chapter 4

We walked into the school going to his locker that was surprisingly on the opposite side of the wall from mine. I put everything I didn't need in it and grabbed my toothbrush and toothpaste and started down towards the bathroom. After I was done brushing my teeth, I started down to my locker and saw my sister and her boyfriend sitting together on one of the benches.

"Hey guys." I smiled.

"Oh hey!" Layla smiled.

"I just wanted to tell you that if you want Matt to move in the house, he can stay in my room, just give me some time to move all my shit out." I laughed.

"Oh okay! Thanks" Matt smiled at me.

I walked back to my locker and saw Lita, atleast that's what I call her.

"Hey boo!" she yelled running at me with her long brown hair falling off her shoulder.

"Hey Baby!" I smiled and hugged her.

"I got some more pot, do you want some?" She asked?

"Hell yeah, don't I always?" she handed me a little baggie and I stuffed it into my pocket.

"Thanks babe." I smiled handing her a $50.

"Keep it, I never charge you." She smiled.

"Thanks, I got to go to Sully's class, Ill see you later yeah?" I asked

"Of course you cant get away from me!" She yelled from behind me.

The day passed by and I left as soon as I could. I walked to my truck and pulled away from the school, going back to the hill and pulled out the baggie that Lita gave me. I quickly rolled a white piece of heaven and got out of my truck and sat away from the edge. I barely saw the water, just the horizon. I pressed the blunt to my lips and quickly lit it, letting all my troubles fade away.

What right did Layla have to say she didn't want to stay with me?

What right did Alec have to ask me to stay with him?

Maybe he's being nice for once, I mean he did say he cared and wanted to be friends.

Maybe I'll take him up on his offer to stay with him.

I quickly finished my white heaven and laid on my back and looked up at the clear sky. Not one cloud was in it, just the endless amounts of baby blue sky. I can never get over the Texas weather.

I guess I fell asleep looking at the sky, it was so worth it. It was time for me to get ready for school, so I did the same thing with some water bottles as I did the other morning. I quickly put on some ripped up jeans and a Ghost Town shirt along with my black chucks. I made my way back to my truck and turned on Lonely Girl by Tonight Alive and made my way to school. As soon as I got out of my truck I saw Alec waiting on me.

"Hey there, "He smiled.

"Your suck a freak but hey." I laughed

"So did you think about my offer?" He asked as we walked to our lockers.

"I have and I would like to take you up on it, its that's alright with you." I said throwing some books into my locker.

"Yeah, its perfectly fine considering if it wasn't, I wouldn't have brought it up!" He laughed.

"Jackass." I yelled and went on with my day
