Oh, What The Hell ( Megumi X Reader )

6 - Y/N POV

[ This is a "Filler" chapter but its needed for the story to get back to the spicy parts. Trying to have a plot with the story too lol promise the smut is coming ]

After what seemed like forever you made your way back to your apartment. Stepping inside you noticed all the lights were off, nothing out of place. Meaning Momo hadn't made her way home yet. You made quick work of starting the shower, letting the bathroom steam up while you peeled your clothes off your body. You get in the shower allowing the hot water to pelt down on your tired body. You think back to the events of the night. 

'He said he didn't want to leave me, but had to' you think 'It was probably something to do with Gojo' 

Going through the motions of washing your hair as you smile to yourself at the fact that he gave you your key back and wanted you to wake him up. But then your thoughts shift back to the night that ended it all. You cant help but feel your chest get a little tighter at the memory. You decided you weren't  going to make up your mind about anything, or get excited about anything until you had a chance to talk to him. You quickly finished your shower and made your way to your closet to pull on sleep shorts and a old t-shirt. You crawl into bed, reaching over to set your alarm on your phone you notice you have 6 new text messages. 

Four of them being from Momo asking if you were okay and then telling you she was staying at Todos for the night. You quickly fire a text back apologizing for leaving to abruptly and that you were back home. You click over to the other message, seeing its from him. 

Fushiguro [ 1:45am] Did you make it home okay. I got a notification the Uber dropped you off 20 minutes ago?

Fushiguro [ 2:10am] Kitten? Is everything okay?

You smile to your self at the fact that he was checking up on you. You quickly send him a text letting him know you were okay and that you would see him tomorrow. You set a 9am alarm and lay down. Even though you have a million things on your mind sleep comes quickly, though it doesn't last. You wake after what feels like only a hour. Rubbing the sleep from your eyes you glance over to the clock and note its 8:20am. Surprised you were able to get almost 6 hours of solid sleep. You try to relax and maybe fill back asleep but the sounds of the busy Saturday morning from outside fill your room and you know its not going to happen. You finally get up and get yourself ready. You decide on a black skirt with a black cat eared hoodie with your Doc's. You snicker at the fact that your going to see someone who calls you kitten with the hoodie on. 

You quickly do your make up and grab your things, heading out the door. You stopped at your favorite coffee spot on the way over, grabbing your favorite drink as well as grabbing a iced coffee for Megumi. It only took you 15 minutes to make your way to Megumi and Yuji's shared apartment. It still makes you laugh that after all these years they were still roommates after Gojo had the bright idea to throw them together in the dorms at tech. They couldn't be more opposite each other but they worked so well together. You push your purple key into the lock and turn, it gives way and you push the door open stepping inside. 

Your quickly make your way past the entry into the living room. You notice the pillow and blankets on the floor then the cloths thrown over the back go the couch and down the hall way. 'Yuji and Maki must have had a wild night' you think as you step over a pile of women cloths. You walk past the bathroom and hear noice inside, looking at your phone you see its only 9:30am. Knowing Megumi likes his sleep you think Yuji must be up and about as you reach Megumi's door. You reach for the handle, turning it and opening the door, you freeze. There on Megumi's bed is Mai, half covered by the blanket.

"Megum.." she starts to say as she rolls over, "shit" she says as your eyes meet. From behind you, you hear the bathroom door open. "Hey I didn't think you'd be over for another hour or.." he stops mid sentence when you glare at him, tears starting to prick the corner of your eyes.  You look at him, he clearly having just finished showering. You wipe your eyes as you shoulder past him "Hey what's.." he starts but is cut off when you hear Mai call out "Y/N wait" you turn and see her standing in the door way in only one of Megumi's shirts. He looks back at her then at you "Oh fuck" he says. you spin on your heels and make for the door.
