The Ace of Spades (A MHA Fanfic)

Introducing the Main Character

This story is meant to help me practice writing and since I love the story of MHA, I decided to write an AU type story. It's not going to follow the storyline of My Hero exactly, but there will be some elements. This is some basic information about Lucinda Maestro;

Full name: Lucinda "Spades" Maestro

Hero Identity: The White Witch

Other names: Luci, Lucid, Spades (by her family), Ace (by Bakugou), The Quirk Snatcher (by the media), My Spade (by her father), SP&DE$ (stage name)

Age: 17-18

Pronouns: She/her but does not mind they/them

Sexuality: Asexual

Hight: 5'5"

Ethnicity: Irish

Hair: White, wavy, shoulder length

Eyes: Opal-like irises with slit pupils

Notable features: Scars across her body from her biological father abusing her.

Quirk: Pentacle Power

Lucinda's quirk manifested as a elemental manipulation quirk with a few added bonuses from both her mother as well as the trama she endured growing up. The energy she uses manifests as pentacles. Silver pentacles are charged with air energy; she can use this to levitate, knock back opponents, throw projectiles and much more. Green pentacles are charged with earth energy; she can use these to change any natural terrain around her, raise platforms, form cover etc. Orange pentacles are charged with fire energy; she can use these to summon fire in the palms of her hands, but she can't hold them forever or she'll eventually get burned. Blue pentacles are charged with water energy; she can use these to control water, however she has to be near water or it must be raining or humid where she is. White pentacles act as shields; this was what formed during the early stages of childhood as a way for her to protect herself from her father's abuse. Purple pentacles are very special as the energy they are charged with is similar to her mother's quirk. when she throws these pentacles at her opponent, she can steal their quirks. However, it takes a while for the energy to fully charge and the more she uses it, the quicker she will become exhausted. The only way for her to return quirks to the original owners is to break the pentacle. 

Likes: Her family, her friends, helping others, playing with the children she looks after, hanging out with the students from UA, cooking, dancing, pranking her brothers, singing. kicking Mineta, training with others (specifically her brothers).

Dislikes: Her birth father, being late, getting hurt, Endeavor, the League of Villains, being compared to others, hurting people.

Weapons: Despite her powerful quirk, she still trains with weapons. Her favorites are her bo staff which can extend into a scythe, her knife, and her ball and chain that she can swing around and hit people with.

Limitations: she has PTSD and anxiety and although she has been going through extensive treatment for it, therapy and medication to be specific, there are times where she spirals and has panic attacks. She also sustained a permanent injury to her left leg that forces her to wear a specialized brace. The injury causes her to feel a dull pain that is manageable, but gets worse if she moves around too much without her brace.
