"Shotooo!" I yelled, running up to the boy and engulfing him in a hug

"Hey, pretty girl." He whispered, hugging me back tightly

"Uh, so are you guys gonna tell me why you're being so affectionate?" Nobara asks with both hands on her hips

"Huh? Oh! It's just, we haven't seen each other in a while." I said, letting go of the heterochromatic boy

He nods in agreement and we continue to talk about how our 2 weeks went by. He told me his father tried to get him to use his fire side, and that he never did. 'I wonder why he never uses it.. Oh well! I'll ask him about it later!'

"Everyone! Are you ready? We will be entering soon!" Iida yells

"I'm gonna go talk to Midoriya" Shoto says

"Alright." I reply, walking back to my friends

"I'm so excited! I know Satoru told me to go easy, but I don't want to!"

"Y/n, if you don't go easy, nobody will have a chance. It's cheating!" Yuuji states

"What he said!" Nobara agrees

"Megumi? At least tell me you're on my side!"

"Sorry Y/n, but Itadori does have a point."

"Hmph. Whatever!"

We then made our way to the middle of the stadium. As soon as I stepped out, I heard voice i knew too well.

"You got this, N/n-chan, Nobara-chan, Yuuji-kun, Megumi-kun!"

I looked up to the voice, and saw Maki hitting my brother over the head for being embarrassing. Looking next to where I assumed Maki was sitting, I saw Panda and Inumaki looking as equally annoyed as Maki was.

"Representing the students is Katsuki Bakugo from Class 1-A"

All of our faces instantly dropped

"Bakugo? Really?" Nobara asks in complete shock

I turned to look at Megumi who was already hiding in embarrassment. 'This isn't gonna be good.' i thought, following Megumi and also hiding my face in embarrassment from the words that were probably about to leave the angry blondes mouth.

"I pledge- that i'll be number one."

"I knew he'd do that!"

The crowd immediately bursted out a bunch of "boo's" and insults. 'Now they REALLY hate us.'

"Now, lets get started right away!"

The first game that we would be participating in is a obstacle race. Midnight then proceeded to explain the game and its rules. 'This will be a breeze.'

We all stood at the starting line, anxiously waiting for them to give us the signal to begin. As soon as Midnight yelled start, everyone started running.

Shoto froze everyone and ran up ahead, leaving almost everyone behind. It didn't take me too long to catch up though.

First up were a bunch of robots, as I was getting ready to attack, I saw Megumi's nue hit it multiple times, electrocuting it and sending it into overdrive.

"That one was mine, Megumi!"

"Sorry! I won't be going easy, Y/n!"

I smirked and continued to run. I wasn't aiming to be in first place. Top 5 would be good enough for me. Thanks to Yuuji's inhuman abilities, he quickly caught up to Megumi, Shoto, and I in no time.
