The next few days went by without much excitement, and I had gotten pretty close with the heterochromatic boy. He would often join us for lunch, and although it was a bit awkward between us at first, we quickly got comfortable with each other. I had also become a bit more comfortable with the rest of the class, but not as much since they make me feel a bit overwhelmed at times.

Todoroki and I were talking amongst ourselves, when All Might burst into the room. The class started talking about his costume, and how it made them feel. He then announced he would be teaching 'Hero Basic Training', and then that we would be doing combat training.

We got changed into our "costumes", which were actually just our Jujutsu Tech uniforms, and made our way out to Ground Beta.

"Woah! You guys are all matching! So cool!" Mina shouted and jumped in excitement

"Yea, I guess we kind of are.." I spoke a bit timidly, then turned to my 3 friends "I hope we go against each other! I won't lose!"

"Neither will I, Y/n." Nobara stated

I looked around at the rest of my class, and my eyes landed on Aoyama. 'Quite the costume', I thought and laughed lightly to myself. I continued to scan the students, and landed on Todoroki. 'God that costume is ridiculous'.

I walked over to the boy, and immediately put my hand on his shoulder.

"Love the costume, Sho." I teased

He visibly tensed and had the slightest dust of pink on his face. 'Adorable.'

"Cmon, I'm just teasing. I wonder who we'll be paired up with."

"Yea" he simply stated

I took that as my cue to leave, and walked back to my group, and finally saw Midoriya's costume. I looked at him, then at All Might, then back to him. 'So obvious'.

"Now, its time for combat training!"

Iida then went on to ask questions about the training, and All Might explained some statistics of real-life villain fighting.

"How will wins and losses be determined?" Momo asks

"Can we beat them up anyway?" Bakugo also spoke up

The questions from the class kept coming, and All Might opened a script that explains the exercise. 'Seems easy enough..'

The teams were then announced, and to my surprise I was paired with Nobara, and Yuuji being paired with Megumi. 'Huh, just our luck.'

"Let's win this" I say looking over at Nobara

"Yeah!"

The teams that would be going up first were Bakugo's team and Midoriya's team. From the short time i've known these two, i've learned that Bakugo has some sort of strong hate for the poor green haired boy.

The rest of the class walked to a surveillance room where we would be observing the fight. Whilst waiting for the match to start, I walked over to Megumi.

"Y/n? Are you okay?"

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" I ask, looking at the ravenette with a confused look

"Oh.. Well I was just curious since you came to me.."

"Can I not stand next to my best friend? Stop overthinking it!" I slapped his arm causing him to flinch slightly and laugh. I laugh with him until All Might announced the round was starting, and immediately both of our gazes fixed on the screen.

Nobara POV: (while Y/n and Megumi were talking)

"Hey Itadori, look over at them." She says pointing at the white haired and black haired duo
