Four // Bonfire

*Louis POV*
"We should hangout with Ariana tonight!" Harry said as he sat down on the couch next to me. "Okay I'll call and see what she's do-" I was interrupted by my phone ringing. Ariana's name flashed across the screen. "Woah that's weird." Harry said. I laughed and quickly picked up the phone. "Hey! Ari I was just about to call you!" She laughed. "Really?" "Yeah I was gonna ask if you wanted to hangout with the boys and I?" I asked her. "I was just going to ask if you guys wanted to hangout! My friends Lexie and Bryan invited me to this bonfire on the beach and told me to bring friends, would you guys want to come?" She said excitedly. "Yeah that sounds like fun! What time?" "Just come to my apartment at 4 and we can drive together." She gave me her address and we said our goodbyes. I told the boys to get ready and I went to go get dressed.

When we were all ready, we drove to the address Ariana gave me. It was a small cute apartment that suited her perfectly. We all walked up to the door and Liam lightly knocked on it. A couple seconds later the door flew open and Ariana stood there with a huge smile on her face. "Hey guys!" She said and then gave us all hugs.

We went inside and sat in the living room. "So who else will be at the bonfire?" Harry asked her. "My friends Bryan and Lexie and a couple other people from my school." She answered. "You still go to school? What about the show you're on?" I asked. "Well it's hard to do, but I've been able to manage both. It's not that bad right now since we're on break from recording the show. And I have a second job down at the cafe we met at yesterday." Ariana's extremely hard working, I just hope she's not pushing herself too hard.

"How much longer will you be in school?" Niall asked. "Just a couple more weeks and then I graduate!" She answered excitedly.

"PUSSY!" Harry screamed at the top of his lungs and flew off the couch. Everyone gave him strange looks except Ariana who was just laughing. I guess no one understood why he said that except her. "Her names Carmen." She said when she finally stopped laughing. Harry stood up from the floor with a cat in his arms. Ohh now I understand.. Everyone just laughed at how much of an idiot he is.

*Niall's POV*
We were now on our way to the beach. I was sitting in between Ariana and Zayn. Everyone made small talk on the way and once we got there we all pilled out of the car and walked towards the bonfire.

There were logs placed around the fire to sit on, and a couple people were there already. "Ari!" A guy screamed and then jumped up and hugged her. I got a little jealous, I don't know why though I mean.. I don't like her like that. "Bryan I missed you! I never see you in school anymore!" She said back. Ohhhh Bryan. That's the guy she said was gay. Alright now I don't feel as jealous.

Ariana introduced us to Bryan and her friend Lexie who was really pretty. I noticed Harry had taken a liking in her. Then the other people around the fire stood up and introduced themselves to us. One of the girls, I think her name is Olivia, well she kept on winking at me and giving me these looks and it was making me extremely uncomfortable. I went and sat down next to Ariana on one of the logs.

Everyone just talked and told stories and more people showed up. Olivia stood up and told everyone she had a good idea. "Let's all go swimming!" She yelled. "No one brought bathing suits." Bryan said. She rolled her eyes. "Let's go skinny dipping!" She said and everyone groaned. "Not everyone enjoys taking their clothes off as much as you do." Ariana said quietly. And I busted out laughing. "What did you say?" Olivia said and slowly made her way over. "Nothing." Ariana said while smiling and looking Olivia strait in the eyes. Some guy jumped up, I think his name is Nick, and he stepped infront of Olivia. "Alright how about we all go swimming in our underwear! See, problem solved!" He said. Olivia stepped away. "Okay as long as this miserable bitch keeps her mouth shut." She said motioning towards Ariana. I wanted to push her in the fire. Woah Niall calm down. It's not like Ariana's your girlfriend.

Nick pulled Olivia away towards the water and everyone followed after them. Everyone except the boys and I. "You okay Ari?" Louis asked as he put a hand on her back. "Yeah I'm fine. Nothing she says bothers me, it's just how she acts, especially around guys." She said while rolling her eyes. I laughed a little, I've never seen her like this before and it was kind of funny. "Alright well were gonna go swimming, are you coming?" Louis asked her. She shook her head no. "I'm good here." "Okay, Niall you coming?" I thought for a minute and then decided to stay. "Nah I'll stay." He shook his head as an 'okay' and then walked to the beach with the guys.

"So what was that all about?" I asked. "What? Olivia?" She asked and I shook my head yes. "Well she's always hated me for some reason.. I honestly don't know what I did to her." She said and then laughed. "She doesn't seem very nice." I said and turned towards her to find her eyes a little glossy. "What's wrong? Are you okay?" I asked a little worried. Did I say something to make her cry? Stupid Niall, you're so stupid. "Its just... I know I told Louis that what he says doesn't bother me but I only said that because I know Louis, and if he found out the stuff she does to me, he would slap the shit out of her. He wouldn't even care that she's a girl, he'd still do it." She said and we both laughed a little. "What does she do to you?" I asked. "Well ever since I moved here she's been mean to me. She makes up rumors about me and the whole school believes her. She's just trying to ruin my life." She answered while looking at her hands. "I'm sorry Ariana." I said while giving her a hug.

We talked more about random things and ended up sitting in the sand with our backs against the log. "So why didn't you want to go swimming?" I asked and she looked up at me with big eyes. "Niall... You're the only one that knows, about.... You know, what you saw the other day. On my arms." She said quietly. "Oh.... Just me?" I asked. "Well Louis knew I did it before he left and stuff but he thinks that I've stopped. And when I first moved here I told Bryan and Lexie, but I told them I would stop. But it's not easy." She looked back down at her hands. "Ariana I don't know why you would ever want to hurt yourself. You're perfect." I said and instantly wished I hadn't. GOD NIALL SHE HAS A BOYFRIEND. Wait, maybe she didn't take it as an 'I like you' thing. I don't think she did cause she kept on looking at her hands and just shook her head. "No Niall, I'm not perfect. I'm far from it." I stood up and grabbed her hand and pulled her up. "Come with me." I said and pulled her towards the water. "Noooo Niall I'm not going in. I don't want people to see." She said and started pulling me the other way. "Well then maybe I will "accidentally" throw you in the water with all your clothes on. You never know, accidents happen." I said and she laughed. Then I picked her up in a cradle and ran into the water.

QOTD: what do you guys think about the whole Twitter fight with Louis and naughty boy? And Zayns solo song?

I think the fight was hilarious 😂 and I love how sassy Louis got he's so cute when he gets mad and defends us like that <3

I think Zayns song is beautiful, he sounds so nice in it. I'm a little upset that Zayn lied to us a told us that he wanted a normal life.. but now he's making music with Naughty Boy who I personally think is just using him for fame :/ but I will love Zayn no matter what and will support him through all the decisions he makes.
