*Niall's POV*

As I was signing CDs and taking photos with fans I decided to check on Ari. I looked down the line of screaming girls to see one of the fans dumping their water on Ariana. What the hell? I ran over quickly and pulled Ariana away and sent a glare towards the fan that did this too her.

I walked her to the other side of the football field and sat her on a bench. She looked like she was about to cry.

*Ariana's POV*

I'm so embarrassed. I didn't mean to insult her but it's not fair that I can't hangout with my friends without people wanting to kill me.

Tears started to roll down my cheeks and I quickly wiped them away. "Hey, don't cry. I'm so sorry Ari, I can't believe she did that to you." Niall said, while taking off his sweater. He tried to dry me off as much as he could. I  looked over to see all the boys running over to us.

"You guys okay?" Louis asked. Niall explained to him what had happened and we all decided it was time to go. They all apologized to me about 100 times on the car ride home. I really didn't care though, it wasn't their fault, they didn't have to apologize. They dropped me off at my house around 5:00. I remembered that I had school tomorrow so I decided to finish my homework. By the time I was done it was 8:00 and I was hungry so I ate some leftover spaghetti. The rest of my night consisted of icing my ankle while watching episodes of Gossip Girl. I was in bed by 10:30 and fell asleep a little before 12.

I woke up around 6, alone. Brandon told me he would be back last night but he never came home. He probably went to another party and got wasted, but honestly I don't care. If he had come home, the same thing that happened the other night would have happened again. It was nice to get some sleep last night, even if it was just six hours.

I got out of bed and went downstairs to eat. Since we have no food I just grabbed a banana and went to go get dressed. My ankle is feeling 10 times better ever since I put ice on it last night. I'll have to do it again tonight.

I put on a white sweatshirt and light colored jeans with my white high top converse. I sat in front of my mirror and did my makeup, not putting too much on and not even bothering to cover my eye. Then I decided to straighten my hair and leave it down for today.

I grabbed my backpack and walked to my car. I left the front door unlocked for Brandon because he's constantly forgetting his key or losing it.

It's about a 10 minute drive to school and I'm usually there by 7:00. The bell rings in 20 minutes so this is usually the only time I can spend with Bryan, besides lunch. I went to the cafe which is where we meet every morning, Bryan and Lexie were already sitting at a table. I took a seat and when I turned to look at them they looked like they had seen a ghost.

"What?" I asked, looking back and forth between them two.

"What the hell happened to your eye?" Bryan asked while pointing to my face. Then I remembered that I had a black eye. Oh great. I wonder if I should make up another lie or if they'll fall for the whole baseball thing. Might as well try...

"I was on a run yesterday and I got hit with a baseball." I looked them both in the eyes and they seemed to have been falling for it.

Bryan gasped, "damn that must have hurt..." he said and then a sigh of relief came over me.

Eventually the bell rang and I made my way to my first class, English. Fun. Next I have Theater, I have Lexie in that class so it's not that bad. All we do is set up the set for the play and go  through a couple scenes, it's pretty easy. I play the lead female role in the play this year, my name is Julia. The opening night of the play is next Friday. Then the Friday after that is the day I graduate! I'm hoping that the next couple weeks go by fast. Third period I have Trig, which is my last class because I have fourth period off.
