"Miss Choi Hyejin , my name is Choi Yeonjun,"
My face puffy , streams running down my face . How could it be .... There's no way , no way mother did that . I looked blankly to the so called brother looking shamelessly proud and no mercy , standing in front of me . While my mother was sitting down at the other side , handcuffed.
My hands turned into a fist . I was in rage .
"Miss Choi Hyejin?"
"Yes," i replied , voice a bit stern.
"Miss Choi Hyejin , i need you to answer my questions and be honest as you do . Can you do that?" he questioned
"Yes," i blankly replied
He nodded , "Is it true on 12 am last Sunday, you encountered Choi Eunjung with a bloody knife that is suspected to have used to stabbed Choi Dongmin multiple times?" He questioned
"No , I didn't,"
"Do you mind explaining a bit more what you did during that time," he asked
I was hesitant, "I-"
"I couldn't remember clearly because that time I was taking some pills but I remember-?"
"What type of pills did you take?" He cut me off
"A-Anti anxiety drugs..." I stuttered
The courtroom started to murmur
The judge , "Honor! Quiet down!"
"Judge! I believe the witness testimony is not valid as she appears to have taken anti-anxiety pills on the day of the murder that could lead to memory loss," Yeonjun said to the judge
My eyes started to fill with tears . The judge nodded , "On the defendant table? Is there anything you want to add?"
"Yes,your honor" the attorney named Baek Daewon answered .
"Although it appears that the witness took some pills , we could not guarantee that she had memory loss because the pills will only have side effects after many times of consuming . But Miss Hyejin appears to only took it the day before the so called murder take place . Am i right Miss Hyejin?"
"Yes"
"I object! Still her testimony is not valid," yeonjun said.
