"You look exhausted," Yuna said as she reached Jungkook.

"Frankly, Una... I am exhausted beyond help." He replied and turned his back on her.

She let out a soft sigh. She was piling her personal problems onto him as well. He was always a phone call away when she needed anything... What did she give him in return?

"How many interviews for today?" She asked and followed him to his car.

"Not many applied for the job. I think it has to do with there being hardly any customers."

"I do not understand how that is possible." She replied and stopped walking. "Kookie... Look at me."

Jungkook did not look at her. He opened the passenger door and did not meet her eyes. Yuna did not get in she folded her arms, "Kookie, LOOK AT ME."

"Una... Just get in the car." Jungkook said harshly and walked around to get into the driver's seat.

Yuna let out a small huff and climbed in slamming the door, which made a small thud. "Are you going to tell me what is bothering you?"

Jungkook started the car without answering. He floored the pedal and spun out of the school's parking. Yuna's nails dug into the car seat, "Kookie, slow down!"

Jungkook did not slow down. She knew when he got like this nothing would penetrate his thoughts. She wondered if his thoughts had turned to the weekend, so he was already worrying about what might happen when their parents arrived.

"Kookie?" She said softly.

"Una... I am sorry. I should not have talked to you like that. Everything is fine," he said while taking his foot off the pedal to slow them down.

He did not mean to frighten her. He did not mean to be so crass with her. He hated this, he hated that their parents have this effect upon him and he was only making it more difficult for her.

"I know when you are lying to me Kookie." She replied softly and turned her head to gaze out the car window. "Are you going to tell me?"

"I will tell you when we get these interviews done." He replied, they drove in silence for the rest of the way.

She wanted to push him into telling her now. He always avoided talking about these things and he was hoping that these interviews would distract her and not raise the topic again.

Jungkook kept his eyes on the road. He took a sharp turn and brought the car to a standstill in front of the Meaty Way. "Let's get this over with."

Yuna climbed out of the car. She was surprised that Jungkook did not wait for her to follow him. A sound of irritation escaped her lips as she opened the door and paused when her eyes fell on a familiar face.

"You!" She screamed when she saw the familiar face who was here yesterday with Jin.

Namjoon grinned. "Yes. It is I and-"

Yuna ignored him and stomped past him into Jungkook's office. She slammed the door shut and her eyes narrowed at Jungkook who had sat down behind his desk. "Yuna... please do not-"

Nimue could not contain his laughter. "What did you do to the poor girl?"

Namjoon's face contorted in surprise and he placed his right hand over his heart as if he was offended. "I have done nothing to her."

Nimue's right eyebrow shot upwards. "I should disagree. I know you were here yesterday along with the man that spilt sauce on her."

"What is your point?" Namjoon asked and cocked his head to the right.

"My point is that Yuna is a special girl. She never knows when she should say know and would always help people." Nimue inched closer to Namjoon. "If I find out that you are only here to use her..."

Namjoon gulped and took a step back. It was not his attention to using her, okay he lied. He wanted to use her to make Jin see that Minyu was never the right woman for him. He wanted Jin to see that this girl might melt his heart.

"I promise that I am not here to use her," Namjoon replied and held up his right hand. "Scouts honour."

"Why is he here, Kookie?" Yuna asked and folded her arms.

Jungkook swallowed his words. Of course, this would never have worked. He and Namjoon should have come up with a solid plan. Wait... He was helping out, but shouldn't he have like, another job or something?

"He is helping out Yuna," His reply was soft.

"Then why do you need me?" She asked harshly.

"I want you to show him the ropes. I do believe he might be a better choice considering the applications I went through this morning."

"Oh? Do you expect me to believe that this is not one of your plans to get me to go to that interview? Because if it is..." Her voice dripped with anger, "I am leaving right now."

Jungkook intertwined his fingers and a small smile played on his face. "Una, baby sis... You would not leave your big brother to fend for himself, will you?"

Yuna's anger drained from her face and her eyes grew softer. "I am sorry Kookie... After everything you have done-"

"I am not trying to guilt you, sis. I promise that I have no intentions of forcing you to go."

Yuna smiled. "Let us say I do believe you."

"I feel offended by that. I promise that he is here to help with serving." Jungkook said and opened a drawer taking out three applications.

Nimue gave Namjoon a slight nod and disappeared into the kitchen. A slow breath escaped Namjoon's lips. 'Everyone is very protective of that girl.'

His attention went to the office and then his eyes darted around the restaurant. What he did not tell Jungkook was that he was an investor. He was looking for a place to invest when he came across this small gem.

He rubbed his chin and started mumbling. "If I can convince Jungkook to move locations... Yes, closer to the bigger area than this place-"

The doorbell rang and Namjoon was brought back from his thoughts. A girl with shredded jeans and a tacky t-shirt stood before him. "I am here for an interview."

'So rude!' He thought. He smiled at her, "I think you have the wrong place."

She stared at him. Confusion was playing on her face and she opened her bag that hung loosely from her shoulder. "I don't think that I do though."

Namjoon took a step forward. "I assure you. You have the wrong place. We do not want to hire anyone at the moment."

This was part of his plan. He was going to get Jungkook to hire him as a waiter then he could grow closer to Jungkook's sister and with that... 'I can save Jin's company and his love life.'

"Are you the owner?" The girl asked suddenly.

"No, I am the new waiter and I have been here for... Two weeks." Namjoon replied and placed his arm around the girl's shoulders. "I think the boss forgot to take down the notice."

The girl was eyeing him suspiciously. "If you say so."

Namjoon helped her to the door when he closed it behind her, Nimue's head popped from the kitchen. "Should I tell the boss to kick you know or later?"

He completely forgot about the guy in the kitchen. "I am the new higher. Just telling the truth to the poor girl."

"You are playing with fire," Nimue replied, his voice dripped like poison on a wound.

"I will make sure my fingers do not get burned," Namjoon replied coldly.

"Are you going to conduct interviews in here?" Yuna asked.

"I think it would be better," Jungkook replied and placed the applications down on the table. "The first interviewee should be here."

"I'll go and check," Yuna replied and turned to open the door.

"Thank you, Una."
