chapter 5-finding y/n

y/n's pov:
i woke up confused and not remembering much but i'm all tied up and i was definitely unconscious. i look up to see Drex right in front of me.

"well look who woke up"

"let me go!"i yelled.

"no i'll keep you here as long as i want unless Henry gives me his job" he smirked.

"why would you want his job? he sweeps floors and fixes up the store"

"no he doesn't oh wait you must not know his job like i do"

"what do you mean?"

"i can't tell you what he does but he can"he smirked.

"dude don't say that and not say it idiot"

"too bad. i guess it's time for you to go to sleep again" he says as i go unconscious again.

Henry's pov:
we finally get to where we think y/n is. it's this alley way but there's an abandoned building. we go inside and it looks fixed up. but this place has been abandoned for years yet it looks nice. we finally get to a room and see Drex sitting in a chair.

"oh my look who showed up Captain Man and Kid Danger"

"whatever. where's y/n?"

"here see for yourself" he turns on a video on this screen and it's y/n. she's unconscious. i really didn't like seeing her like this. i feel so bad and i hate Drex for it.

"you go find y/n i'll take care of Drex" Ray whispers.

"are you sure you don't need help?"

"no kid it's too dangerous go find her"

"ok got it"
i ran down some hallway trying to find her and i kick down every door till finally i found y/n.

"y/n! hey wake up! y/n!" i whisper yelled.

she's still unconscious. so i pick her up and put her over my shoulder. now i just need Ray and we can leave.

"good luck trying to get out!" i hear Drex say

i see Ray running towards me.
"KID RUN! HE'S BLOWING THE PLACE UP!

we quickly run and get out of there and duck as it blows up.

i hold y/n in my arms. she won't wake up. i start to lose hope.

we get in the man van and drive back to Junk N' Stuff. on the way there she slowly starts waking up.

y/n's pov:

i finally woke up again and i don't remember much that happened. i see Captain Man driving and Kid Danger right next to me.

"kid danger?"

"yeah it's me!" he says as he hugs me which i'm so confused why but i hug back anyway.

"y/n how did you get kidnapped?" Captain Man said.

"i don't really remember much but i think i- i just left my job and he was chasing me down. wait how did you know my name?"

"that doesn't matter right now but i heard you almost quit your job"

"yeah because of my boss he was being unfair"

"ok you know what y/n? i wasn't being unfair you can't know yet and that's final!"

"dude Ra- i mean Captain Man stop!"Kid Danger argued.

"you don't know that! you don't even work at Junk N' Stuff! you don't know anything!"

"yes i do actually!" he says as he takes his mask off and it's...Ray

"Ray??"

"yeah it's me and i hate to tell you but i'm  Captain Man and everything is unfair"

"wow. my own boss couldn't even tell me this. that's why you won't let me down there. because you didn't want me to know you're Captain Man?"

Kid Danger takes of his mask too and it's.. Henry?!!

"hey y/n.."

"Henry?!! so BOTH of you kept this from me? can you not trust me? Henry we've been best friends for months now! you're not supposed to keep secrets!"

"i know and i'm sorry but Ray didn't think it was time and i felt that maybe it was too early.."he sighed.

"wow. two people i thought would trust me. yet i didn't know anything about this. i don't even want to talk to you right now or look at you"

"y/n i'm so sorry" Henry replied.

"i don't want your sorry" i said even though i really did and i want him. i just can't believe he didn't tell me this. i feel bad for not talking to him. i like him a lot. maybe not even like. i love this boy.

"y/n please talk to me"

"fine what"

"i'm sorry ok? i never meant for you to find out this way or be upset that we didn't tell you. i do trust you y/n."

"fine i forgive you"

his face is really close to mine. he looks at my lips and then back up. he leans in and places a kiss on my lips. i kissed back. his lips were soft. it only lasted 5 seconds. it was small but sweet.

i look into his beautiful brown eyes and smile. he smiles back at me. i turn away and look out the window. we didn't say anything else to each other. we didn't know what to say because were best friends. i like him but idk if he likes me.
