right, so i really left y'all on the edge BUT

i'm making it up by making this chapter juicy so ;)

but anyways,

ONTO THE STORY.

[seokjin's pov]

i was grilling the ribs and burgers while Maiko tediously annoyed me, and i was so close to slapping him but my mother definitely has favorites. All the boys were in the pool relaxing and playing games, mother and Mary tanned under the sun baking themselves to a tee.

i pulled Amelia to the side after Yoongi was cleared to go home and invited her to the hotel today. She told me she'd be happy to come but i didn't tell anyone she was coming, so i hope they like her because I'd really like everyone elses approval along with Joon's and Hobi's.

I just finished with the food when I heard my mother's voice. "Jin, I thought you made a private reservation for the pool, god." I sighed at her bitter attitude towards me but forced a smile to my face before turning around to see Amelia standing next to the black steel gate. "Hey, sorry I'm a little late.." My smile instantly reached my ears to see her standing there in a red bathing suit and a beach hat. "No no, I'm just happy you're here."

I pulled the warm girl into a hug, though it only lasted a split second because Mary snatched me off, and brought her arm around my waist with a cocky smile. "Mary, what are you-?" but she shushed me with unbelievable speed. "Hi, I'm Mary, Jin's girlfriend and you are?"

[amelia's pov]

girlfriend?

no.

no way.

he has a girlfriend?

" i think i should leave. Jin clearly has bigger priorities than to take care of me. Have a good day." It wasn't until i turned that I realized all the boys in the pool were staring at the scene, but more specifically me. "Amelia! Wait! She's not-" I slammed the gate and walked away as tears began to brim my eyes, while a lump developed in my throat. I could hear commotion within the walls of the gate but at this point it didn't matter.

i'm an idiot.

a complete idiot.
