Surprise Parents (One Direction fanfiction)

I'm not leaving you.

Niall's POV:

I woke up, feeling something wet on my shoulder. I looked down to see Harry drooling on it, and I carefully stood up without waking him up. I stretched my arms, and then I went over to the minibar. We were on a plane back to London, after we had been touring all around the world for a lot of months. The last time we had a break, I went clubbing and slept with Jade. It was a one night stand, no doubt. But I was kind of sad, that I slept with her, when she had just broken up with her boyfriend. I didn’t sleep with random girls, but Jade wasn’t a random girl; she was a friend.

"We're landing in a few minutes," Liam informed me, I nodded and woke Harry up. "Sleep well?".

"Yeah, really well..." he answered with a cheeky smile. We all let out a 'ew', knowing he dreamt something dirty. I sat down, put my seat belt on, prepared to land. The tour had been absolutely amazing, a massive amount of fans stayed outside the hotels, just waiting for us.

The plane landed shortly after, and we all grabbed our stuff and went out and into the airport. The sound of thousands of people hasting to their gates was prominent, but as soon as we stepped in, the sound of hundreds of girls screaming outdrew them. We took as many photos and wrote as many autographs, as we were allowed to. We all jumped into two separate cars, Zayn, Harry and me in one, and Louis and Liam in another.

“So, you going to Perrie’s?” I asked Zayn, him nodding in confirmation.

“That reminds me...” he replied, squinting his eyes, trying to remember something. “Perrie told me Jade wanted to see you, Niall... she said you forgot something...”.

“Yeah, his virginity,” Harry joked grinning, and I struck a hand out, but he avoided it.

“Sure, then I can just be dropped off with you. Harry, you take my bags to your place, I’ll pick them up later,”.

Soon after, we stopped at Perrie and Jade’s building, and we went up. As soon as we got inside the apartment, Perrie jumped into Zayn’s arms, while my attention rested solely on the girl standing in the door frame to her room. I went over to her, hugging her tightly. She lead me into her room, as I looked around.

“So what did I forget?” I said with a smile, memories from our night together flashing into my mind.

“A condom,” she replied bluntly, revealing the small bump on her stomach, that had been somewhat concealed by her arms.

Jade’s POV:

I watched Niall go into shock, as he gaped at my bump. He tried to say something, but failed. He sat down on my bed, trying to take it in. “You-you’re pregnant? And it’s-it’s mine?”. 

I sat down next to him, taking his hand. “You can do whatever you want, Niall-”.

“I’m staying. I’m not leaving you...” he stated seriously, and we didn’t speak for a while. “Do you know what it’s gonna be?”. I shook my head quickly, I hadn’t been informed with the gender. I didn’t want to do that without Niall’s consent. His hand placed itself on my petite bump. “What are we going to do?”.

"I don't know..." I gulped genuinely. "Our fans are going to be mad... if we're not a couple, they're going to hate us.".

Niall's face lid up. "What if we pretend we're a couple? You can move into my apartment, we'll have the baby, live together for a while, and we'll break up,".

I started to think, but I had already made my mind up. "I'm sure management will think it's a good idea. But we have to tell our family, the boys and the girls the truth!". He agreed, nodding his head, a small curve forming on our lips. We decided to tell the boys and the girls the next day, and after Niall went home, he called management to tell them about our plan. Which they approved of. It made sense, we did make them money.

The next morning I woke up, being lightly shook awake. I opened my eyes into Perrie's cheerful ones.

"They're going to be here soon, and Niall's in the living room already," she informed me with a smile, before she went out again. I pulled a blue jumper and some jeans on, quickly combed my hair, and I didn't use time on makeup. I stepped into the living room, instantly meeting Niall's ocean blue eyes. He sent me a smile, as I sat down next to him.

"I told my family earlier, they want to meet you," he said happily. "They were a bit shocked and a bit disappointed at me, but... they're basically happy.":

"That's good!" I exclaimed with relief. "My family knows already, and they also want to meet you.". The doorbell rang just after, and Perrie went out to open. We shared one look, before we greeted everyone.

"What's up?" Louis asked grinning, when they had all sat down.

Niall took a deep breath in. "We're going to have baby!". The boys' jaws dropped to the floor, as they tried to process the new information.

I told them the plan. "You guys need to act along,". The boys still sat utterly confused.

"Our little Niall... is going to be a... dad?" Liam got out confused, cocking his eyebrow.

"We get to be uncles, right?" was the first thing that Harry said, which we confirmed. He flew off the couch and hugged Niall tightly. "I'm so happy for you, mate.". Everyone stood up, and we all had a big group hug.
