7 years after bretts death

Liam POV
I was at home doing some uni work when I got a call from Scott to come to the clinic then he hung up, I assumed it was important because he sounded like he was in a hurry so I stoped it and grabbed my keys and jacket and drove to to clinic. When I got there Scott was outside waiting with a panicked look on his face he grabbed me and took me inside to the front and I saw Ethan sitting there which was weird because he was supposed to be out of town with Jackson but did not say anything. Scott sat me down and started to explain how some people showed up here that were supposed to be dead like Aiden and pointed to who I thought was Ethan and now it made sense, I asked what he needed me for and he took a deep breath and said "Brett is back to" I paused my thoughts and asked where he was, Scott pointed to the back room but warned me he had not told Brett a lot about what happened I slowly walked towards the door to the room I Listened as I walked and could hear a heartbeat, I put my hand on the doorknob and took a deep breath and opened the door. I saw Brett he was sitting on the meddle table he looked the same a little changed he looked at me as and hopped off of it and hugged me I was a little surprised but hugged back. He let go of me and asked "what happened because all Scott told me was I died and then I woke up here and it happened to Aiden to and you look older" I Stumbled for words a little but finally said "Brett it's been 7 years" "you're joking" he replied carefully I shook my head he looked down then looked at me and asked about Lori, "she's ok" I replied "can I see her is she here" he looked at the open door "no she's not here she's in Chicago" "why" "Brett she lives there and has a job she's 20" he looked at me sad and I Realized he was thinking about how much he missed in Lori's life "she's a paramedic" I said he smiled and replied "she was always good at saving people" i say we could go see her but first let me take him home for a shower and sleep.

3rd POV
Brett went to liams car while Liam told Scott he was going to take Brett down to Chicago to see Lori because she should know in person, Scott said it was a good idea. Liam drove Brett to his house to get a good sleep and shower as they drove Liam told Brett the idea of going down to Chicago to visit Lori, Brett was exited to see his sister and learn all the things he missed.
Two days later they were getting ready to go to Chicago and Liam was texting Lori to ask when she got off work the day they got there she told him the time she did not know that he was bringing Brett just that he had a surprise for her. On the drive to Chicago Liam was telling Brett all that he missed like that she changed her name to Sylvie Brett because she wanted a fresh start and how no one from her job knows anything and that she went to beacon hills high school. Brett was happy Lori wanted to help people by being a paramedic and was proud of her and could not wait to see her, he knew she might not believe it but he did not care he was going to see his sister. They had fun catching up during the car ride laughing like he was never dead. When they got to Chicago they booked a hotel close to Lori's apartment and rested for a little till close to the end of her shift, around 30 minutes before Lori's shift ended she was in the common room sitting in a chair talking to casey. Brett and Liam pulled up to the fire house and Liam got out Brett was going to come out after Liam had talked to her, Liam walked up to Otis who was checking the fire truck and asked for Sylvie Brett. Otis walked into the common room and told Sylvie there was a guy here for here she got up and a few others came to because they where curious when Sylvie saw Liam she ran up to him and hugged him Liam spun her around some of the firehouse members were confused to who he was because Sylvie had never mentioned him. Omg Liam your here she said exited I have not seen you in like 5 months, casey was getting a little jealous because he had a bit of a crush on her asked who he was, Liam and Sylvie stoped having their moment "he's one of my closest friends" Sylvie said "I'm Liam" Liam said to him some of the firehouse members went back to the common room but a Casey, Cruz and foster stayed. Liam focused on Sylvie "you know how I said I have a surprise for you" "ya" she replied " and you know how weird things happen in beacon hills" "ya" she replied again confused Liam made a small sigh to come over to Brett "this is your surprise" Liam said, Brett came out of the car and started to walk up to Sylvie she froze , casey looked concerned but Sylvie looked at Liam and asked if he was real all Liam did was nod then she sprinted at Brett and jumped to hug him and hold him tight he held her and she buried her face in his neck. After a few moments she looked at him and asked how and he responded that he was not sure himself, she finally jumped off him and almost cried your alive she whispered ya it ok I'm here he hugged her again. She let go and looked at Liam he had come closer during the hugging and she walked to him and told him this was the best surprise ever and thanked him. She looked up at casey, Cruz and fosters confused faces and laughed " guys this is my brother Brett, Brett Liam this is Casey, foster and Cruz.
