BTS are to hold a concert. However the terms and conditions of having this concert causes an uproar amongst the Army. It becomes a messy journey full of stress and fights between the members, the Fandom, HYBE and all stakeholders involved.

HYBE tried to hide the news but it ended up coming out somehow so they gave out an official statement. The news got reported on a global scale since they're global stars. The news gets reported on many major broadcasts of quite a lot of countries.
"BTS has been attacked on the road by an anti and they halted their activities until the case is fully investigated. They have strengthened their security in the building and around the boys. Anyone suspicious will be arrested immediately. HYBE is appealing to the ARMYs around the world, be it in person or on the Internet, please be careful anything that looks suspicious will be investigated. At this point please focus on getting your vaccine as we prepare for the upcoming event."
April 13th: the police arrested a few people in connection to the attack. HYBE also announced that it was going to work with social network providers to take down all cyber bullies accounts. This somehow quietened the abuse and hate on social media.
Taehyung and Jungkook became inseparable after the incident. Jimin stopped sharing his pictures on twitter and took a break from social media. The members continued with their activities. But their security had doubled. Instead of using two cars, they went around with 5 cars. 2 cars for the members and three cars with security. On every set, they had men surrounding the place, their eyes roaming around trying to spot anything suspicious.
April 14: WHO analyzed the vaccine distribution and and it had slowed down in the last three days. They appealed to agency for a promotion of the concert.
April 20th: the BTS members were having a meeting with Bang PD.
Bang PD: (sympathizing) "you must've been scared after the attack."
Namjoon: (petting the back of his head) "honestly it was scary during the time it happened. After that I wasn't scared."
Taehyung: (voice high, impatient) "I was terrified. If I had been the one driving, I would've crushed the van too."
Jin: (laughing) "We were in the same car and V was like can't we ran into it too?"
Jhope: (laughing too, imitating) "Hobeom manager was like we are not filming an action movie."
Everyone bursts out laughing.
Bang PD: "it's good that we can laugh about it now."
Yoongi: "Yeah."
Bang PD: "dont worry though, we are being serious with this. We have upped your security. We have strict restrictions on who goes in and out of the company. I wish you could do the same in terms of social media, food deliveries, people you call friends etc. just be wary of people you let close by.
Namjoon: "right we have been extra careful with deliveries. We have been cooking and ordering groceries."
Bang PD: "good call. Let me know if you need anything. (Looking at his notepad) "Moving on, I'm currently scouting for the best therapist. I know we have councilor services in HYBE but I would like you to have someone you can connect to on a personal level. We'll sign a contract that grants you absolute privacy. Other than yourself and the doctor, no one else will know about your sessions. We figured it's something you needed."
Namjoon: "yes. That really is something we need. Thank you."
Bang PD: "ok moving on. We have thoroughly planned for the concert and instead of it being a one day event, we have decided to make it a two weeks event."
Namjoon: (eyebrows raised in surprise) "two weeks??
Yoongi: (muttering under his breathe) "darn, this is going to be tiring."
Jungkook: "How many performances?"
Bang PD: "just 1. But we added activities in the days before the concert."
Jin: (feeling tired just by hearing it, Not excited) "this is going to be fun."
Jhope: (bursts out laughing) "Your face though. It's totally saying otherwise."
Bang PD: "we have included signing."
Taehyung: (sighs loudly disappointed)
Jimin: "I understand Taehyungah and I feel the same."
Bang PD: "I know it sounds worrying but it'll be ok. There's not going to be contact. We'll make use of Glass shields and it'll be a two day event to avoid over crowding."
Namjoon: "what other activities are there."
Bang PD: "we'll invite artist from the same country to share the stage with you. We'll make games that you can play for fun. We have sightseeing activities for you. You can have Vlive interaction with army. All this we'll thoroughly plan after the lottery since we are not sure where you'll end up going.
Jin: (with a sigh) "exciting."
Bang PD: "so you'll shoot a video promoting the concert and we have the script ready. Basically we're telling army that it's going to be a two weeks event that'll end up with a concert. Another important thing is the country with more people vaccinated will get multiple entries and they'll have more chances of winning."
Namjoon: (looking at his members) "Will this be ok with you all? Two weeks event?"
Yoongi: "I mean we can use that to gift army great content for the anniversary."
Jin: "they'll need to edit everything before releasing it. It might take a while."
Band PD: "this is mostly for you not for army. You've been under lock down for a while and this is the first step to have you go back to normal."
Jungkook: "I'm ok with this. I hope the lottery draw comes out with a country we've never visited before."
Jimin: "that's right. It'll be so much fun."
Bang PD: "we'll thoroughly draft the schedule after the results are out. That'll be in three weeks. I think we'll have a meeting then. For now you can choose which songs you would like to perform."
Jungkoook: (blurting out) "permission to dance."
Jhope: "ofcourse. Ptd is obvious."
Bang PD: "see you in three weeks if nothing happens before then."
April 24: BTS released a promotional video alerting Army about the their schedule. That they are going to have a signing event before their concert for two todays.
Army went haywire on social media. Encouraging everyone to get vaccinated even if they were not going to the concert. The announcement seemed to work. In the next two weeks the rates for people vaccinated rose up immensely and that was satisfactory to WHO.
