*yawn*

I rubbed my eyes, and checked my phone. No new notifications. I sat up in bed, slowly waking up.

"OH MY GOD!" I leapt out of the bed. Specifically, not my bed. A bed, in a room that wasn't mine, that I had never seen before. I ran to the window. I gasped when I saw it. The Eiffel Tower. I'm. In. PARIS!??!?! How? Why? What? A million questions raced through my head. I looked down at my clothes. Pajamas that weren't mine. Even my phone had a different case, it wasn't mine either. I looked in it, my contacts were almost completely different. I looked at my Instagram. All of my pictures were there, except there was one added. I clicked it.

'I'm going to miss PA so much. This opportunity is one I can't pass up, so I hope to see you all when high school is done! Goodbye USA, hello Paris!' I guess I'm going to school in Paris? I looked through the comments my friends left, starting with my best friend, Layla.

"I'm gonna miss you so much, but so proud of you for the Damocles scholarship! I'll visit, I promise!" I smiled. Maybe I was just nervous, and had lost some of my memory because of that? I found a paper on the desk, with directions to my new school and my new schedule. I looked through the closet, where I found something really strange. There was really only one outfit that was casual. There were multiple sets of it, but one outfit. There was a more formal dress, and more pajamas like the ones I had on, a swimsuit, a hot and a cold weather outfit, but nothing differing from those options. I noticed everything was also in matching shades of turquoise. I put on the clothing, gathered my stuff, and headed out the door.

I walked down the streets, surprised at the lack of people. It was a perfectly sunny day, with only a few people around, and no tourists. Strange. Everyone was enjoying their morning peacefully. I took the opportunity to look around, taking in the sights. Paris sure was beautiful. The cobblestone was perfectly aligned, the trees were packed with leaves, and there were pigeons around, but no other animals, save for a few dogs being walked. When I was nearing the school, I heard some shouts from the distance. I tried to listen to what they were saying.

"He's right behind you!" The voice sounded familiar, enthusiastic and playful. "Watch out!"

"Come on, don't spoil my fun now!" A sinister voice boomed.

"Microphone, paw-don me, you really don't have the subtlety you're going for." Was that a cat pun? A bit random, I tried to find where the voices were coming from.

"Come on now, we don't have time for this!" A female voice scolded the first one. She sounded familiar as well. I rounded the corner when I heard "Lucky Charm!" come from someone that I couldn't mistake. That was Ladybug. Wait. Ladybug's a cartoon character. Like, not real. I felt a strange feeling, I felt faint. Next thing I knew, I was crashing to the ground.

'Okay, I'm finally waking up from this weird dream,' I thought. I opened my eyes to Chat Noir. Nope. Not happening. How sick was I?

"She's awake! Ladybug, come here!" he called over his partner. Chat Noir and Ladybug looked indescribable. They were in real life, but looked exactly how they did in the show.

"Are you okay?" Ladybug asked me.

"Oh. Uh, I'm not sure," I blabbered.

"Right, can you sit up?" they helped me to a sitting position. I rubbed my head, still sore from the fall. "What's your name?"

"Stephanie Ramos. Stephie for short. And you're Ladybug and Chat Noir, right?" I confirmed.

"That's right," Chat Noir nodded.

"I need to get to Dupont High School if you could help me find my way. If you guys aren't busy, that is," I requested. They looked at each other.

"I'll take you," Chat Noir smiled. He held out his arm for me to take. "Come with me, I'll give you the Chat Noir Grand Tour of Paris."

"Will I get to class on time?" I tilted my head.

"Of course, of course," he led me down the street. He pointed out things, and soon we were at school. I found out that I was in the best class. The one where all the drama was gonna happen. The class with Marinette, Adrien, and the rest of the crew. Chat pointed out the room before making a swift exit. Minutes later, Adrien took his place. I knew exactly what was happening, and I knew I was only one of two people who knew. Somehow, I had to find Master Fu. But that wasn't the main focus right now. I got introduced to the class, and of course, got sat next to Lila. I grumbled inside, but put on a happy face. 'No drama for the first period,' I promised myself.
