~Jade POV~

Drake's birthday is a month away, but Im still broke so I cant buy him anything. I wanna get him something really nice that he would love, so I decided to start working at a job. But my all I could get was a servant for this lady at a mansion, I atleast get paid $100 a week, so I'll end up with enough by the end of the month. Working at the mansion isnt that all great though, I get all these really hard task to do, but if I do them really good the lady tips me 10 extra dollars.
Today I arrived to work "Late".

Lady: JADE!?

Jade: yes miss-

Lady: ah ah ah. What did I say you should call me?

Jade: *sigh* y-yes...m-master?

Lady: Thats better. Now why are you late

Jade: But Mi- er...master its only been a minute past 8am.

Lady: THAT DOESNT EXCUSE YOU FOR BEING LATE!!!! *Slaps*

Jade: OW!!!

Lady: NOW STOP DILLY DALLYING AND GET TO WORK!!!

Jade: y-yes master...

I quickly ran inside holding my cheek that she so hardly slapped. There's usually a list of things im suppose to do in the main room. And the first thing im suppose to do is wash the dishes. But there were litterally three stacks of them, and the all were touching the celling. WHAT KIND OF DINNER DOES SHE EAT AT NIGHT!!! Anyways, I started washing the dishes as well as possibly could. An hour later I nearly finished one tower of dishes. And the Lady came by to check up on me.

Lady: Jade?

Jade: hmm

Lady: why on earth are you washing the dishes?

Jade: because it was on the list...

Lady: NO!!! Yoy were suppose to be done minutes ago, AND YOU BARELY EVEN FINISHED HALF OF THE WORK IN AN HOUR!!!!

Jade: b-but its just so much I-

Lady: OH SO WERE'RW GETTING LAZY NOW I SEE!!!

Jade: N-No its not like that its-

Lady: GUESS I'LL HAVE TO PUNISH YOU AGAIN JADE...

Jade: N-No wait you cant-

Lady: DONT TALK BACK YOUNG LADY!!!!!

She grabbed a whip out of the cupboard and started whipping me over and over again. After every hit another scar was left on my skin, and blood ran out of each and every one of them. And after she was done she took the hose out of the sink and just continuosly squirted me with it. She does this every day...sometime even 3 times a day. But I just bare with it honestly, I gotta remember Im doing this for Drake. But Im not sure if im able to put up with this. This time my wounds got deeper and it started to sting, but the women couldnt care less about me. She just left me on the floor to quietly sob and suffer through the pain.

At the end of the day, my shift was finally over and I could go home. Every day after a come home, I always end having to bandage the wounds from today, I might not get treated so well, but atleast im doing it for the person I love.

~Drake POV~

Jade has been acting real strange this past few weeks. She always comes home late and doesnt seem to want to talk about why. Its starting to worry me a bit, so I decided to talk to her. She might listen to me. So as soon as she back a quickly stopped her in her tracks before she could run upstairs like she always does.

Jade: oh uhm Drake...how are you?

Drake: Im fine, but Im not sure if you are

Jade: wdym

Drake: you always come home late Jade, and you always run straight to your room. Its not like you...

Jade: Drake its nothing, you dont need to worry about me.

Drake: Jade, tell me whats going on

Jade: uhm, I cant....

Drake: why not?

Jade: I-...

Before she could speak, I noticed blood was dripping from her sleeves. I quickly looked in horror and saw a bunch of scratches and bruises on her arms and chest.

Drake: JADE!!! WHO DID THIS TO YOU!!

Jade: ...

Drake: Jade?

Jade: ....

Drake: JADE?

Jade: ...

Drake: JADE!!!!!

Jade: IT WAS MY BOSS!!!

Drake: boss?

Jade: yes, I was working as a servant for the past few weeks so I could get money...

Drake: Money for what?

Jade: For you...

Drake: me?

Jade: I didnt have money to buy you something nice for your birthday...I wanted to get you something you would really like.

Drake: but Jade- I already have something like that

Jade: r-really what is it?

Drake: *hugs Jade* I have you...

I shared a kiss with her.

Drake: I dont want you working at that place anymore if she's gonna treat you like this....

Jade: ok...Master

Drake: *blushes intensly*

Jade: *giggles* your so cute
