Car crash (Charlight)

~Light POV~

I was just coming out of the store with some gummy worms that I bought. I was heading to my car when I saw my childhood bullies messing up my windshield with cake. I quickly ran over to them and slapped one of them in the head with my grocery bags.

Light: HEY WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING

Bully: oh, well look who it is...its "lil light"

Light: I told you not to call me that ever agin

Bully: Too bad, I'll do whatever I want

Light: WHATEVER, IM NOT SOME LITTLE KID ANYMORE, I'VE GROWN UP AND IM NOT GONNA LET YOU HURT ME ANYMORE

Bully: huh?

I punched him in the eye and quickly ran into my car. I turned the windsheild wiper on to clear my veiw and quickly drove away. That was close, but atleast I stood up to them for once. I few minutes later, I stoped at a red light and as soon as it turned green, A CAR CAME AT ME FULL SPEED AND IT CRASHED INTO MINE. The last thing I could hear was someone laughing and when I looked I saw the bullies laughing at my lifeless body.

Bully: *scoffs* thats what you get "lil light"

After that I couldnt see or hear anything, all I could feel was the pain in my body, so I blacked out.

~Charli POV~

I was watching some TV and was fipping through the channels, until I was interupted by breaking news.

News reporter: Police report of a car crash in the middle of Harpen road, a young man was injured in the car crash and was quickly rushed to the hospital. No one knows who was in the vehicle that caused the crash, so be on the look out for any suspicious people

I soon saw a picture of the guy in the car...ANDIT WAS LIGHT.  Without thinking any further I put on a jacket and some shose and rushed to the hospital. When I got there I looked around for any signs of light, then I saw a doctor down the hallway. I quickly ran up and screamed questions in his face.

Charli: WHERE'S LIGHT? IS HE OK? IS HE DEAD? WHO DID THIS TO HIM? AM I TOO LATE?

Doctor: woah woah, calm down miss...Light is in room 306, you can visit him there

Charli: oh thank goodness, thank you

I ran throuh the halls trying to find room 306, when I finally found it I calmed myself down and knocked on the door. There was a nurse in the room and she let me in. As I walked into the room there were wires and medical things all over and Light was in the middle.

Charli: is he gonna be ok?

Nurse: thankfully its nothing too serious, there were a few fractures and his leg was broken, but the air bag in the car deployed just intime to prevent any faitaly critical damage.

Charli: thats good, is there something I can do?

Nurse: he may wake up in a few moments, when he does I want you take him home and make sure he rests

Charli: ok

After a while the nurse left the room and I was left alone with Light. I couldnt bare to see him like this, but at the same time he looked so cute when he's sleeping. After a bit of waiting I was gonna doze off, but then I heard a noise.

Light: *groans*

Charli: Light?

Light: C-Charli? Where am I...

Charli: dont worry, you're in the hospital, you got hit by a car remember?

Light: oh yeah...

Charli: the nurse said I could take you home after you wake up

Light: thats cool

Then the nurse came back and saw Light was awake. She said we could go home but she ran a few tests on light to make sure nothing else was wrong. After that, drove him back to my house. I didnt have another room for him to stay until he gets better, so I helped him up to my room instead. I layed him down on the bed and sat beside him.

Charli: so light...

Light: yeah?

Charli: how you feeling

Light: my leg hurts, but other than that evrything is cool

Charli: do want me to get you some food

Light: that would be nice, thanks

I left light in the room by himself and went downstairs to get some food for light. I had left over noodles in the fridge and warmed them up in the microwave. When I was done I went back upstairs to my room and Light.

Charli: Im back

Light: yeah Im starving

Charli: I made you some noodles if thats fine

Light: Thanks charli...thats so sweet of yo-

Charli: nah ah ah...

Light: wha-

Charli: first say ahhhhhhhh

Light: your kidding me right?

Charli: SAY AHHHHHHHHHH

Light: Charli im not gonna-

*Charli shoves fork with noodles in Lights mouth*

Charli: see, not that bad

Light: *gulp* Charli stop...Im not a bab-

*Charli shoves fork in mouth again*

It went on like that until all the noodles were eaten. I set the bowl down on the the night stand beside me and climbed onto the bed with light and gave him a big hug.

Charli: See it wasnt so bad

Light: why did you do that

Charli: you had to have eaten Light

Light: I could've eaten it myself...I broke my leg not my HANDS, why did you feed me like some sort of baby

Charli: Cause you're my bad...you're my lil light

Light: ...lil...light?

Charli: yeah?

Light: *starts tearing up* *sniffles*

I dont know why but Light just started crying. Was it something I said or did? I really dont know

Charli: Light whats wrong

Light: m-my bullies use to call me that *sniffles* they crashed there car into me *bawls*

Charli: Oh dear...Light Im sorry I didnt know that-

Then he just hugged my waists and burried his face in my chest and started crying even more. I calmed him down and gently combed my fingers through his purple hair.

Charli: shhhhh its ok, Im nof going to let anyone hurt you again...thats a promise

Light: *sniffles* thanks...Charli
