Like the start of many conflicts, there is normally some disagreement of some type. These may often lead into wars of some kind... I didn't like the choice the king made, quite a few didn't, but the majority was for it, so our voices didn't matter.

Connections with the people of Gerudo Valley were severed, and the Gerudo were no longer considered a part of Hyrule.

This of course sparked an uproar with the people of the Gerudo Valley

This of course sparked an uproar with the people of the Gerudo Valley. With no trade coming to support them, their lives were at stake. No body thought much of it other than the problem was gone, but we were driving a race of people to extinction! It was unfair! Petty thievery was a crime, sure, but this would only make things worse. Nonetheless, they didn't deserve banishment!

The pettiness turned into violent rage. The Gerudo struck back at us by sneaking in their assassins and murdering Hylians if they didn't give them what they wanted. Eventually it got so bad, the King of Hyrule, King Baephomas Hyrule, was slain amongst his own throne. The blood glistened on the gold of his throne, and stained this white ruff a deep crimson color down the front section.

It was hideous. Our own father slain before us, my sister and I. It's a wonder why they didn't kill us next in that moment. But we would soon find out.

Due to this tragic incident that, dare I say, was only destiny, a war began to build between Hyrule Kingdom and the Gerudo Territory.

It lasted for years

It lasted for years... Ten, very long years. Soldiers were put out onto the battlefield, making many casualties on both sides. It was brutal. People were charging on horseback...

The Gerudo swung their ruthless blades

The Gerudo swung their ruthless blades...

Eventually the Hylian soldiers had gotten so exhausted of fighting, they began to rebel against their own people, claiming all of this was an act of the kingdom's selfishness

In the end we lost.

The Gerudo forces kept advancing through Castle Town, slaughtering anyone who got in the way. Soldiers gathered within the throne room, but with the amount of Gerudo that stormed in, they were no match... especially with their king leading them.

The castle was invaded. I don't know about my sister, but I know I haven't felt this much fear in my life.

Surprisingly however, Ganondorf was willing to barter

Surprisingly however, Ganondorf was willing to barter. I was given two choices: either Hyrule and it's people burn,

Or I marry the Gerudo King and surrender all of the people of Hyrule and land to him

I didn't want to do either, but I didn't have much of a choice
