My head feels as if it was being thrown at a ton of bricks. My throat aches like a heart that was stabbed over a thousand times. It's all because of him and that stupid gift with all his stupid good looks, I thought to myself. My eyes began to droop because of the lack of sleep I had. Once they fully closed I felt relieved, until I heard the creak of a door open and slam shut. I opened my eyes to see his dark figure standing just feet away from me. He approached me and I was able to see the face I've been dreading to see. He leaned forward, his face dangerously close to mine.
"Welcome home."
