"Elizabeth, wake up! Your gonna be late for school!"
I slowly rise from bed taking my sweet time. I eventually smile knowing what day it is but I had to double check.
"Mom is today Friday?" I probably jumped 10 feet when I opened my door to see my mother looking at her hands. soon enough, I pointed my attention to her hands as well, seeing an elegant looking box. Her voice filling the room as she breaks the silence.
"This is for you Ellie, it was at the door." I gently took the box from her hands and thanked her. I looked down at the slightly wet box in my hand. Closing my door and placed the box on my dresser. I finished my morning routine and walked towards the box with hesitation.
Slowly but gradually, I enveloped it with care. I thought about who could've given it to me. As I wondered I took this time to get a good look at the box. The box had a fancy print to it, the bow tied as gently as it could. I began to grow impaitent and untied the bow removing the top. My jaw dropped when I saw the most beautiful necklace I have ever seen. The necklace was all diamonds with one heart shaped diamond in the middle. Underneath the necklace was a note,
