"So what're you trying to say, Ash?" Matt asked me.

"I'm saying... Alex is being controlled by Billie. I talked to her boyfriend last night before you you guys left. I honestly don't even know where to start with this but.. here goes nothing.

We'll start where it all began. 1953.

On April 13, 1953, Dulles approved the MK-Ultra Program, which was a top-secret program that would use biological and chemical materials, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse and torture to extract information from someone.

A goal of the program was to produce a "truth serum" for extracting information from suspected Soviet spies. The CIA also hoped to use hypnosis to increase the ability to learn and recall complex information, and to recall complicated arrangements of physical objects.

MK-Ultra's "mind control" experiments generally centered around behavior modification via electro-shock therapy, hypnosis, polygraphs, radiation, and a variety of drugs, toxins, and chemicals.

These experiments relied on a range of test subjects. Some who freely volunteered, some who volunteered under coercion, and some who had absolutely no idea they were involved at all. Aka, Alex.

Now listen very fucking carefully to what I'm about to say.

Some of the of the stated goals of the MK-Ultra program were to create substances that would cause a victim to age faster or slower, cause temporary or permanent brain damage and loss of memory, enhance the ability to withstand privation, torture, and coercion during interrogation, produce amnesia for events both preceding and during their use, produce shock and confusion over extended periods of time, alter personality structure causing the recipient to become dependent upon another person, aka Billie, lower ambition and working efficiency, Knock someone out and be surreptitiously administered in drinks, food, cigarettes, or as an aerosol which basically means she cant eat, drink, or smoke without the controller's permission, once again, Billie.

Now get this.. At your party, Alex was with her boyfriend most of the time.

He's in a musical group called GothBoiClique.

Her boyfriend's image is solely based on the drugs of which he takes.

Hell, he's practically a drug addict.

Now, he claims to have never pushed that shit on Alex in his life.

However, Alex has taken a few of his drugs by choice simply out of curiosity.

He took notice to one that Alex favored in particular.

LSD.

In the late 1940s, the CIA received reports that the Soviet Union had engaged in 'intensive efforts to produce LSD,' and that the Soviets had attempted to purchase the world's supply of the chemical.

One CIA officer described the agency as 'literally terrified' of the Soviets' LSD program, largely because of the lack of knowledge about the drug in the United States.

With the knowledge of MK-Ultra, the government's interest in LSD shifted from a defensive to an offensive orientation. Agency officials said that LSD could be possibly useful in 'gaining control of bodies whether they were willing or not'.

Ex CIA staffers claimed they 'couldn't remember' details about many of the human experimentation projects, or even the number of people involved.

I-I know you think I'm crazy but I have proof. Screenshots of declassified CIA documents. They show these things really did happen under a program that was in fact called MK-Ultra, right up until the early 1970's when it was officially halted.

At its core, MK-Ultra, particularly the LSD tests, were about mastering the art of erasing the subconscious of a victim and replacing this with a new way of thinking.

But this isn't just about Alex.

What I was wondering was how the hell a teenage girl like Billie got information like this so much so that she was able to perform it on Alex.

But then I found out who her brother was.

A musician.

A man in the music industry.

The music industry used MK-Ultra on so many celebrities, I can't even name them all. They were mainly celebrities who couldn't keep their mouths shut about the secrets of the music industry. OR in particular, celebrities who wouldn't sell their souls.

But a man in the music industry with a psycho sister like Billie?

That information is bound to get leaked into the wrong hands somehow, and Billie just so happened to be our target.

Now, for every hypnosis there's always something that breaks them free of that hypnotic like state.

For example, in the movie Get Out, it was the flash of a camera.

However, you and I both know Billie would never make it that easy.

It has to be something complicated.

But we have to figure it out and fast before she's like this forever.

The longer she's being controlled the more she'll lose herself until she completely forgets who she is.

We have to help her.

We also have to help Luna.

Whatever sacrifice Billie tried on her in the woods apparently 'didn't work.'

But maybe it did work.

Maybe Luna looked into the wrong ritual.

Because the bitch is clearly falling for Billie.

I know you saw those hickey's on her neck yesterday too so don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about.

She came from Billie's house and last I checked, Luna doesn't have a boyfriend.

And she even admitted herself that she's starting to have strong feelings towards women, specifically Billie.

I mean, the bitch is borderline homophobic.

Hell, Luna's meeting up with her today after school. We have a Fag Clubhouse meeting today and she's blowing us off for someone she never even liked to begin with? Are you kidding me?

If that doesn't scream love spell to you then I don't know what will.

Here's where Chanel comes into play.

You said Chanel wont stop complaining and talking about Luna behind her back.

That Chanel is mad at Luna because she would not only blame her for something so vile but believed someone she's barely known for a month instead of someone who's known her since they were six years old.

But you know what I smell? I smell jealousy.

Chanel didn't have a reason to get at Luna before. But now that Luna's pissed Chanel off, Chanel has motive.

Chanel has a reason to want to kill either Billie or Luna.

You've heard the way Chanel talks about titties and pussy, there's no way the bitch is Asexual.

You're not friends with someone as hot as Luna for that long and then just not develop feelings for them.

She's big mad.

So we need to keep an eye on her.

So here's the plan.

We need to go behind Luna's back.

Luna's going out tonight at Billie in the woods for a 'friendly picnic'.

So you'll hang out with Chanel again tonight, I'll keep an eye on Luna and Billie.

We have to wake her up before she really falls for Billie.

I... I don't know how to stop a love spell or if it's even possible at all... But one things for damn sure.

I'm not losing Alex and I damn sure didn't come this far to lose Luna either."
