The Day

Once there was a girl
Who did not know the Lord
Her life was in a twirl
Not knowing the Word
Everytime the Word was sown
The evil one snatched away
She was left all alone
Wasting her life away
But finally a day came
For her to be called
To be rid of the shame
And cleansed from it all
Flooded in tears
Accepting the Word
Rid of the fears
Knowing the Lord
So gone are the days
Walking the path alone
Now anchored in His Ways
Bringing Glory to His Throne
