Brought Through

I was in extremely great pain
No longer could I bear it
I had asked for its removal
But You would hear none of it

Greater and deeper
The pain grew
But all the stronger
My soul knew

Your Hand
Was at work
My stand
Was to trust

As I placed
My full trust in You
I could see
How You brought me through
