Beach day

Yesterday I got something in the mail yesterday. I sigh looking at the papers demanding a custody of the twins when they are born and a test to see if they are his children. I cry silently not knowing what to do. Jake stared at the papers growling, "that dick, I'll help you y/n to get a lawyer, but right know we don't need this crap you been through a lot of shit lately so I call beach day with everyone, away from the house for a little while" I nod, "hey KitKat would you mind helping me with my swimsuit?"
Katerina "sure why not, do you mind me borrowing one? Cos I forgot to grab mine since no one told me we are going to the beach" she giggles as she helps me up the stairs. I'm almost 7 months in the pregnancy. The twins are a boy and a girl, I haven't decided names yet once me and kat went up into my room I got my favorite (favorite color) bikini I smiled as I see my big belly bump "damn I can't believe this is going to be happening.."
kat "what's happening?" She puts a pinkish purple bikini on. "Well..(xboyfrinds name) is demanding custody of the twins and a blood test to see if the twins are his, even though they are his ever since that night of colbys bash birthday party" I sigh as I rub my belly "do you think I can beat him in the custody battle?"
Kat "of course you can you are going to be the best mom ever, with him and his abusive ass probably won't stand the chance against you since you had evidence of him beating you" you stayed silent for a moment realizing you do have a better chance other then him "yeah that's true, but he will get supersized vision visits when he is around me, he ain't having them for a week or the weekends. What is going to happen with my restraining order against him"
Kat: "i don't know what is going to happen with that but it depends if they are his or not" "that's true I guess but I know for sure they are his" I try to bend down to grab some sandals "Kat can you help me put them on I'm too pregnant to do put them on" we both laugh at my attempt trying to get my sandals on. "Anyways let's go down stairs and see what everyone else is doing and see who is ready" we both walk down stairs smiling and looking like bad bitches as we walk down the stairs. "Hey Colby you coming to the beach today?" He turned to face you he blushed at the sight of you wearing a bikini looking cute with the baby bump, he smiles and walks towards you "yes I'll be coming to the beach, I'll talk to Sam if he wants to go too." He kisses your hand as he goes runs up the stairs to go to change and talk to Sam. Y/n gets a cooler to put some ice and some water bottles and some sandwiches that everyone likes "I'm packing the cooler does anyone want snacks or drinks they want in? If so put some in please" I grab a snack bag I put chips cookies etc I wait for everyone to come down in their swimsuits I put a little bit of sunscreen on my body, I felt hands on my back rubbing something in my back, I turn to who is touching my back and I see Colby rubbing sunscreen into my back "oh thanks Colby, do you need help with your back?" I smile as he finishes with my back
Colby "yeah I need a little bit of help" he turns around to make me face his back, I put lotion on his back rubbing into his shoulders and back "hey does anyone need help with their back with the sunscreen? I'll help them with anyone who needs" I walk over to Sam if he needs sunscreen on his back, he nods as he turns to face me I rub his back with the sunscreen realizing his back has scars like someone had scratched him "Sam what happened to your back? There is crawl scars on it" Sam blushes darkly knowing where they came from "I don't know where they came from but are you excited to see the baby's kicks and movements" y/n "yeah it's amazing so far, I got videos of them moving and you two sleeping and holding my belly" Sam "really send me those photos so we can hang up them on the wall but when are you going to do the photo shoot?" Y/n "soon, all I need is a photographer to take them, do you recommend anyone to do it?" He shrugs "idk y/n I can ask Corey or Elton to do it for you later if need" I hug him giving a small thanks everyone is at their cars, I decided to get in with Sam and Colby in colbys car. I get in the back seat as I prop up my legs, I hear a knock sound I turn to see kat outside tryin to get in I laugh and I crawl to unlock the door for her I sit up "hey kat, watcha doin?"
Kat "nothing much really, everyone left before I got out, but I saw you and Sam in the car so I decided went into colbys car and go with the 3 of you" she smiles
Y/n "when are we going lmao we are gonna be late?"
Kat "i don't know why they are doing, it's going to be late soon" she stretches her back and arms making pop noises
Sam and Colby walk out talking as they got into the car. I look at the two in confusion, "why were you two so late hm?"
Colby "sorry we got caught up into something that we had to fix sorry ab that"

~Time skip~

I went to sun tan on my beach towel watching everyone play in the water and having a fun time, it is almost sundown. Me Tara and Kat were sun bathing as the boys were playing football and chilling out by the water, I giggle at the guys who are falling into holes in the sand. I stretch as I get up "you guys want anything? Like an ice cream or something like that cause we tan out of snacks" I heard a no from the girls so I decided go to the boys and ask the same thing to them they nodded to an ice cream "Colby sam can you guys help me real quick?" They nod as they run to catch up with me. I giggle at their attempts to catch up with me, i order everyone what they wanted jake got an ice cream sandwich sam and Colby got chocolate chip cookie dough. I pay for everyone's ice cream, we talk back to our spot I gave everyone their ice creams, I went to go back to the girls and sit down for a while.

~Time skip~

I woke up from my tiny nap I look around that Sam and Colby are sitting next to me I smile at them. "Where did everyone go? Did they go home?"

Colby "yeah everyone said it was getting late and we were waiting for you to wake up so we can show you something,"

Y/n "oh okay let's go" I get up slowly and I stretch my back waiting for Sam and Colby to get up"

Sam "wear this real quick for us please it's a supersize for you" he rubs the back of his neck smiling a tiny bit he helps me put on the blindfold on.

Colby "can you see anything?" Slightly tightening it more he takes of a hold of my hand so does Sam leading me somewhere at one point sam or Colby had to carry me all the way to there, Sam: "y/n don't move I'm taking off the blindfold off for you" I gasp at the view, the sky changing its colors "its gorgeous.."

Sam: "we gotta ask you something, we like you a lot and we were talking about something"

Colby " we were thinking about you being our girlfriend as we be your boyfriend. It's okay if you don't want me or him, if you like us both and want us both. Cause the both of us want you.."
