I couldn't sleep
I sat by the windows
Inhaling the cold air
I stared at my pitiful self
What would I be without you?
Prayers of Allah
And peace and blessings
Be upon you
Oh Rasulullah
Oh my Beloved
Whose name is Muhammad!
May your light
Continue to guide my heart
As I walk on this chosen path
And I shall patiently wait
Until the day
You finally set your eyes on me
