"The man was looking back at him with a serious expression. His black hair was damp (...) His skin was shiny (...) His lips were red..."

Jungkook was shaking his legs while sitting on his bed. He couldn't stop them, not because he was bored or anxious. He was just nervous. Jem seemed really worried when she left his room and she clearly knew Jimin better than he did. If she was worried then he was too.

When Jungkook heard Jimin screaming from the other room and then he heard noises of shattered glass his heart had squeezed and his chest had tightened. Could he have been the reason for the older to get like that? Did Jimin care about what he thought that much to lose his sanity because of him? If anything happened to the older, Jungkook would never forgive himself.

He stood up and started pacing his room. Shaking his legs was suddenly not enough to keep his nerves at bay. Walking back and forth like a maniac he couldn't stop thinking about the evening they had just spent. It had been perfect. They had spent hours together without even realising it. They had enjoyed each other's company as if they had known each other forever. Jimin had even apologized without being forced to, which was something difficult for the older to do. Jungkook knew that from the little time he spent getting to know him because Jungkook was really good at reading people's behaviour. He didn't need a lot of time to understand a person or know what they thought by their expressions.

Jungkook had his ears ready to hear any sound that could come from the front door. Whether Jimin came back with Jem or on his own he would certainly use the front door. On the other hand his eyes were focused on his phone screen for any message from Jem that could inform him of any news.

His mind had started thinking of the worst when he heard a light tap on the window. He immediately snapped his neck from his phone screen to the window in fear someone was trying to break in. But that wasn't it. Jungkook's curtains were already drawn open so he could clearly see the figure that had just knocked.

The man was looking back at him with a serious expression. His black hair was damp even though it wasn't raining. His skin was shiny too as if he had been running and his chest wouldn't stop heaving. He looked beautiful to Jungkook's eyes. His lips were red, almost swollen, which made Jungkook's heart leap.

After staring in shock for some minutes, Jungkook finally moved to open his window. His initial idea was to open it and move for Jimin to get in but as soon as the window was opened, Jimin started struggling in order to get in, which made him grab Jungkook by the shoulders in the process. The latter stood still, not knowing where to put his hands. If he tried helping him, his hands would immediately fall on Jimin's hips, but since the older already knew he was gay, Jungkook didn't want to make him uncomfortable.

Once Jimin had jumped to the ground and fallen on his ass he whined. Jungkook just stood there looking at him. He was clearly still in shock. Once his mind was working again he immediately reached for his phone to be able to tell Jem that Jimin was already home and okay. Well, okay is a figure of speech because Jimin didn't seem okay at all. That he was safe would be a better way to put it. Jungkook had already opened Jem's contact and was on the verge of messaging her when he felt his phone being pulled away from his hands. He raised his head immediately to look surprised at the older.
