Subject- 000J appears as a small child, typically a malnourished girl between the ages of 11 and 13. It doesn't look threatening and doesn't seem to be aggressive, though approaching this test subject is not advised. It responds to the name Quip, we believe it has chosen this name itself. It seems to have appearance altering abilities, while this can make tracking it complicated it is not impossible.
Subject- 000J often appears as a small girl with short black hair, grey or sometimes green eyes, and very pale skin. It is about four feet and nine inches tall. People have reported that it looks sickly, very short for its age with skin stretched tightly over bone. The clothes it wears very, but it seems to prefer shorts and large jackets over anything else.
The full range of it's powers are unknown, but we do know it can manipulate people's minds to fulfill it's needs. Subject- 000J will put people, typically much larger able bodied men, under a spell of sorts. People under this tests subjects control will do whatever it takes to protect it, this devotion often leading to their untimely demise.
People who have been in contact with this test subject often become violent if left alone with it for too long. We believe this is why it feels the need to keep a bodyguard around.
The man currently under it's control is a 23 year old named Trevor William, before he was captured he worked as a mechanic in Phoenix Arizona. He is six feet and eight inches tall with dirty blond hair, tan skin, and blue eyes. People have reported seeing him either carrying the test subject around or following it like a lost dog, his eyes glossed over and watery.
We believe in return for the protection the test subject keeps Mr. William fed. while it does not need food itself they can typically be spotted in restaurants, leading us to believe it is doing what's necessary to keep him alive.
Subject- 000J does not stay in one spot for long. It has been spotted all over the word, leading us to believe it uses some otherworldly style of transportation. We are still looking into the matter and are not entirely sure how it works.
If you think you may have seen our test subject simply leave it alone, it does not like to be bothered and Mr. William may become violent if Quip is uncomfortable.
