Charles is a 25 year old male wizard. He specializes mostly in the dark arts and is a Persephone devotee. He takes his practice very seriously and doesn't often develop any serious relationships.
He is of average height, he is also very thin. He has tanned skin, brown hair, and murky green eyes. His chest, back, and legs are covered in scars and other various marks but his face is mostly untouched. He is covered in freckles though they aren't very noticeable.
Despite his wealthy background he dresses more for comfort than style, often choosing to wear looser or older clothing. He does like wearing expensive jewelry though. He is easily won over by anyone willing to give him expensive gifts. Whether said gifts are stolen or bought he does not care.
He is a traveler, money isn't a issue for him so he usually doesn't spend too much time in one place unless it's absolutely necessary. He has been all over the place and will talk about his travels if asked, but where exactly he came from is unclear. He doesn't talk about family much, but it's clear they are of great social importance.
