A/N
Hey! So this is my first fic writing about Phan, so please bear with me.
Also I don't really care about using all the right information so don't kill me if something is'nt just like it is in 'real life'. This is mainly because I want to make it my way.
English is not my native language so I'm sorry for any mistakes regarding spelling and that.
Anyways, I hope you like it, so enjoy ^-^

The flashing blue light and the screech of the so familiar ambulances were once again heard flashing through the city. It wasn't new to him, but he always seemed to be somewhat startled by it. Some kind of panic always kicked off in his head and he froze, unable to move, train of thoughts bombarding his already full head, especially one thought, bringing him back to a certain night 4 years ago.
He took a deep breath filling his lungs with the fresh September air. It was a cool night, nothing really special about it. The stars where all up this night, shining and blinking for him. His eyes travelled up to the sky, trying to name some of the few star constellations he actually knew of. Scanning the clear sky and its stars he quickly found the one named Pegasus. He knew of Pegasus from a book he had as a child. His parents had given it as a gift to him when he was four.
The book had been about stars and space. It had quickly proven tasteful to him and for years he had studied the book, reading it, watching its pictures and just fantasizing. Space had always fascinated him. He didn't know why, but the many colors and the mystery around it just felt right to him.
It had been years since he last saw the book though, and thinking about it made him miss it. Finding it was definitely on his list of things to do now. He also needed to refresh his memory of the different star constellations seeing as Pegasus was the only one he remembered. He mainly remembered it because it was named Pegasus. A Pegasus was a mysterious yet proud horse-like creature with wings. It was always described as beautiful and the drawn picture of it that he seen were indeed beautiful. He liked the Pegasus, a free spirited and beautiful creature. Sometimes he dreamt of it, he dreamt he were one; soaring majestic through the sky feeling the fresh air on his face, not a worry in the world.
The whining sound of the ambulance once again returned. Judging by the sound of it, he figured it was close, almost at the hospital. Phil peeked over the edge to see if he could find the exact destination of the ambulance. It didn't take long before he saw the blue lights on the ambulance travelling real fast towards the building he sat on. It slowed down as it came closer to the building. Phil watched as it gradually stopped and the sound and light stopping with it. The front door opened up and a person hurried over to the back of the car where another person already had started unloading the patient inside. He couldn't see the small people's faces from the far away distance. They all looked rather tiny from his point of view, making him feel somewhat powerful. For a moment he thought of him controlling the tiny people down there. He put his hands over their head pretending to move them. As soon as they disappeared out of his sight, he sat back, chuckling slightly at himself.
A simple yawn escaped his mouth making it the only sound in the lonely night. It was all silent around him. The city felt dead at this time, not a single soul were to be seen or heard. It was rather peaceful he thought to himself. He actually enjoyed the silence. Even though he knew he should be fast asleep in this moment. Fast asleep in his plain white room, in the bed with the plain white sheets. He just couldn't sleep this night. He had been tossing and turning ever since he had been told to go to bed this night.
