Abilities: Cesare is able to use hamon in battles, she uses hand to hand combat by focusing her hamon on her palms and fingertips to deal damaging blows.

Cesare is more experienced with a sword however, specializing in gracefully swinging it to strike down her enemies but keeps the weapon sheathed most of the time. She has the ability to bloodbend using Hamon, changing the toxicity levels of her blood to create illusions to those that breathe it in. Cesare utilizes blood manipulation as a hamon technique. Although it's impractical, Cesare has adapted to using it in such a way that she can calculate how much blood she can lose without passing out. Cesare can send hamon through her bloodstream to enhance her speed and strength as well as reflexes which supercharges her circulatory system and makes her a cunning opponent to most. She dubs this ability, "Crimson Ripple," and uses it if her opponent demonstrates a challenge to her. Cesare can also smear blood on a variety of  traps or weapons, and by infusing hamon into it, she can bind her opponents and send hamon through their skin. This form of hamon proves extremely dangerous so Cesare limits how often she uses these techniques and uses a sword to fight most of the time but also to create wounds on herself in order to fight. One could say her blood is both unique and fatal to vampires.

Backstory: Cesare is the niece of Will Zepelli. Being a part of the Zepelli family means she naturally has hamon abilities she is unaware of- yet she uses them to her advantage. She grew up in France up until she was 18, moving away from her family to marry a man who lived in Italy whom she believed she was deeply in love with. Her husband was an unfaithful man who ultimately wanted to get rid of her and to her shock, was a vampire. Cesare was faced with the decision to kill her husband (having nearly a close call with death), although his death raised suspicion and pointed the murder to her. It caused Cesare to flee Italy, eventually starting anew by becoming a jockey, disguising her gender as a man and traveling Europe for competitions. Evidently, she ends up in Britain for a race— even residing there for a few months where she eventually meets Dio who downplayed her skills at racing quite a bit. Despite this however, she found him to be quite interesting and ended up meeting up with him every so often; meeting Jonathan briefly and later, Erina.
