BACKSTORY: Valerie was silent growing up, preferring not to confront people nor garner their attention by speaking. They didn't have a sense of identity or gender, until one day, once they'd turn 16, they were assaulted by a group of people, eventually leading up to sexual assault which was the first time they'd spoken. Valerie has feminine features by default, their voice being no exception. When things escalated, someone thankfully walked by. They escaped when given the chance, extremely traumatized by the experience and soon discovering they had a stand. By the time they were 30, they'd met Dio who somehow grew interested in the fact that Valerie was supposedly non verbal. They tend to communicate to Dio through sign language or through their stand if they're more complex questions.

STAND ABILITY: The Moon can control an individual's body if A) they hear its voice or B) touch it. Its primary purpose is to use their words to control their opponents body, either pushing them to injure their allies or themselves. The stands ability cannot work on multiple people, only one. It's not a stand useful for hand to hand combat and its control over individuals can be interrupted if they are attacked.
