On UA entrance exam date

I was sitting on the chairs in the observation room for the entrance exam waiting for young Midoriya to come when Aizawa came up to me with a sleeping bag and coffee.

"You sure this kid will come?"

"If he doesn't come then we will offer him personally, if he don't come does not mean he disrespect the law but follow his judgement on what a hero should be. If he does come for the exam it also does not mean he respect the law but come for his own personal reasons."

As if on cue, the cctv showed us young Midoriya coming in the exam hall wearing black scarf with crimson red linings black jacket, white button up shirt, black shorts and black boots.

"Is this his casual outfit? I remember seeing that outfit when I slap him the other day."

"Should be, and also Yagi san have you finished what you said you be doing"

"If your talking about removing him from the bounty list then yes I did it, with principle Nezu and Detective Tsukauchi of course."

Flashback

Third person's POV

The staff were doing our paperwork when we saw All Might entering the building, they stood up and bowed to him.

"Good evening Mr Yagi, what do you need from us."

"Good evening people, may I speak to the commissioner."

"Of course please wait here." A female attendant then stood up and walked towards the commissioners office.

~A few minutes later~

The female attendant walked back and signalled All Might to follow her.

All Might POV

All right, time to go see what this commissioner thinks about the vigilante and my opinion. I reached the commissioners door and signalled for the attendant to leave before I breathed in and knocked on the door. When I heard the permission to enter, I entered preparing myself to get a earful should I screw this meeting up.

"Good Evening Yagi san. What do I owe the pleasure of you visiting me today?"

"Good evening commissioner, we need to talk about the vigilante young zero. Before we continue I assume you have watched the news about me complimenting and solidifying our relationship as allies and friends."

"Yes I watched, your point being?"

"I wish for him to be removed from the bounty list and change the nature of the law of quirk usage."

I saw the commissioner leaned back against his chair seemingly understanding the situation with no surprised.

"Your not the first to request this, Principle Nezu and Detective Tsukauchi also requested the same thing. Before we talk about changing the law, care to elaborate why releasing the vigilante."

"My request is based on the following. First he showed great skill in defeating an opponent while bringing minimalistic damage to the surroundings, enemy and victims. Secondly I have solidified my relationship with him as allies and friends so I wished to help him gain legal rights to become a hero. Thirdly, seemingly because both Principle Nezu and Detective Tsukauchi agrees with me with Nezu desire for him to be his personal student..."With that I was interrupted by the commissioner.

"Wait wait wait WHAT? Principle Nezu's personal student? Is this suppose to be good or bad?"

"Depends on how you take it, it can either lead to destruction or prosperity."
