The Black-Haired Ōtsutsuki

Prologue

Present:

"It's time for you to come back with us, my child" said the goddess, extending her smooth white hands towards Hinata. "You belong with the Ōtsutsuki clan."
Shocked by this sudden claim, Hinata froze, not knowing how to react. If what Kaguya was telling her was the truth, Hinata had been living a lie, a lie that was too good to be true. She was finally acknowledged by her family, by her father Lord Hiashi. She had gotten to a level where she could finally stand next to Naruto and fight alongside him.

As she was dazed, grasped inside her thoughts, Kaguya had already approached her. Soon, Hinata felt a light touch on her forehead, followed by a sensation that she had never felt before. With a loud screech, the Ōtsutsuki birth mark was brought back to life as the sealing jutsu that was put on Hinata got released. Now two circles vividly took shape on Hinata's forehead which led to only one explanation. 

Hinata was an Ōtsutsuki. 

At that moment Hinata felt hopeless as she started facing the truth. The enemy who was trying to destroy her world was the princess of the Ōtsutsuki clan. 

Her clan.  

Tears of betrayal and despair fell from Hinata's eyes as she started walking towards Kaguya. When she was about to grab Kaguya's hands Hinata heard someone yelling out her name in the background. 

"Hinata! Don't listen to her words! Look around you, look what she has done. Look at what she has done to everybody, to our world! Come to me Hinata, come back to us! We'll fight together!"

'Naruto-kun..?' As she was reminded of Naruto's smiling face, Hinata looked around her. Everywhere she looked she saw people tied up and dangling down from the divine tree. As she shook herself off and started coming back to reality, she noticed that she wasn't tied onto any of the branches. 

"If you're wondering why you aren't in the same situation as them, that requires a very simple explanation." Kaguya started as she approached closer. "As I said earlier, you are one of us, one of the Ōtsutsuki's. Therefore, you're resistant to the jutsus that we put on people. Now Hinata, hold my hand. It's time for us to go." 

As Hinata pulled her hands away from Kaguya she exclaimed, "No! No matter what you say, my name is Hyūga Hinata! Things will never go the way you want them to be. How dare you stomp on our land, hurt my friends and family, and claim to be my clan! I will never forgive what you did to us. I have always hid behind the shadows, using everyone else as a shield just to protect myself. Now, I am going to be their shield, I will protect them! If you dare to take another step towards me, the divine tree or anywhere near Naruto-kun and my comrades, I will have to use force against you." Soon after she finished saying this, purple flames of chakra started forming the shape of a lion on each of Hinata's fists. 

"Jūho Sōshiken (Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists)!"

"Oh? Ahaha I thought you were joking about fighting against me...what a shame. You never fail to amuse me Hinata. WELL, that's fine. I'll have to force you to go with me then." 

Soon after Kaguya finished her words, her third eye started glowing in red which made another dimension open right behind Hinata. Before she could do anything, Hinata was yanked into the unknown by a cold hand which grasped her from behind.

"It's time to return to the moon, my daughter. For the time being, have some rest." Shortly after Hinata heard those words from right behind her ears, she felt a whack on the back of her neck, and she soon fell unconscious.

'Na-Naruto...kun.....'
