[𝚂𝚃𝙰𝚁𝚃]

NaNa POV

"Let's go!" Justin shouted, pumping his fist in the air as we made our way to our next destination.

When we reached, we were met with three instructors, a bow and arrow and a target.

"Archery!" I cheered. I had taken up archery as a hobby for the past month and ever since, I practise an hour a week, which isn't much.

First, the instructor was to shoot as a demonstration. The instructor had said that he wanted to stand around 30 meters away since it was what he was used to.

"Stand further away, what if it hits you." Zhengting, being the worried mother he is, cautioned.

Everyone took few steps back, waiting for the instructors' next move.

Bullseye. The arrow hit right in the middle, earning a chain on 'wow's here and there. You could hear the sound of the arrow whooshing through at the speed of light.

Shifu wanted to try as well, causing all of us to cheer loudly to encourage him. Let's just stay it was a miss but Quanzhe ran towards the target to push the middle down as the rest of us cheered louder, pretending that he had hit it.

Shifu raised his hands as a sign of winning, just to play along with our act.

Next was Xinchun, he was pretty nervous, as you can see. So nervous that even the arrow fell, causing all of us to laugh a little.

"Jia you!" I shouted but it didn't work. He missed the target, hitting the white fabric behind it.

"Ready? Go!" Shifu said as the others started singing a song for any sign of failure.

Then it was Wenjun.

"He's the very calm and cool type of archer," Chengcheng noted, as Wenjun released the arrow. I already knew that it wasn't going to hit, and sure enough, it didn't. It flew right past the target by a long shot, making everyone sing the same song once again.

Quanzhe was next, another miss. The nine of us sang the song yet once again, some laughing while doing so.

"Justin, why does your body do that." I laughed, looking at a disfigured Justin trying to shoot an arrow. His upper body looked normal but his lower was completely in a different direction.

Yet another miss.

"This is too hard!" Justin whined, annoyed that he couldn't hit the target.

Yangdi got into position. His eyes were serious but the minute he let go of the bow, it did a three-sixty turn in mid-air, almost hitting us.

"Even Shifu stood up to clap for you!" I said, laughing at how badly Yangdi did. Some even on the floor laughing because of it.

"If you continue doing this, I won't be able to take it." Shifu continued which made Justin repeat what he said.

Zeren was next in turn. Taking the arrow and shooting. He managed to hit the target, running towards Shifu.

"Shifu, I didn't disappoint you right?" He bent down on one knee, presenting the arrow to Shifu.

After Zeren was Chengcheng. Before he went up, he told Shifu that he would make him feel proud.

"Ge! Jia you ah!" I shouted, cheering for my brother.

He had hit the second ring, which was even a better result than Zeren.

All of us started cheering at Chengchengs accomplishment, happy for him. He had a proud look on his face as he started to act cool, showing his potential to Shifu.
