The dead and the immune

Chapter 1

The sun woke me up with a bright shine in my eyes.I looked at the clock and realized i was late for school.I didn't get woken up because my parents had gone to work when i got outside i started running towards the bus stop and when i got there the bus was already speeding away.So i had no one to talk to so i started to talk to myself.But when i said what am i gonna do today.

My best friend ryden came up behind me and said "hey butthead you talking to yourself".Immediately i turned around and i was extremely embarrassed to see him standing there.

For the rest of the walk he told me about a virus called the "exposed 917".
He told me how he saw on the news that people were running around killing each other.

When we got to school the rest of the day was just as normal as any other day.Until the assembly in the gym when Mr.Segerstrom was talking about gratitude.When a high schooler was acting crazy he was twitching,playing with his fingers and had bloodshot eyes then it was like he just shutdown for a few minutes he was gone then he lit up and sunk his teeth in the student in front of him the the high schooler ripped his neck half off and the so ryden and i looked at each other and backhanded it the high schooler fell to the ground and ryden and i smashed its head into the bleachers smashing blood everywhere.

The next person we had to take care of was the victim so we just tossed it down the bleachers and ran down to the microphone grabbed it out of Mr.Segerstroms hands and said.

"Yeah i know you all think we just killed someone and committed a crime but these things aren't living i'm sure none of you know what these things are ,but they aren't living they are zombies stand up if you know what they are".
Ryden took the microphone out of my hands and said. i guess none of you know what to do.So now what we are gonna do is lockdown the town so everyone go out and any of these things you see and everyone listen to us.
