Valilis Nightingale was tall, blonde, and green eyed. His leather jacket was thrown against the couch that was in the corner. He was dressed in a white dress shirt, black dress pants and black boots. He was staring out the window, his face was hidden by long hair. I leaned against the soft black chair and waited for him to speak.

When he spoke he turned around giving me a full view of his vivid green eyes. “Katherine Pierce, my brother said that you were a freighting Witch. But my brother was quite wrong.” He said in a light British accent.

I looked at him. “What's your brothers name?” I asked in my fading Bulgarian accent.

He smiled, “Elijah Nightingale.”

I nodded. “Ah,” was all I said. I leaned back into the chair again, thinking of ways to kill Elijah when I saw him again.

Valilis nodded. “Not a big fan of my brother, are you?”he laughed, as he walked behind his desk and dug through the papers that were neatly stacked.

I shook my head, causing my bright red curls flying. “Nope.”

He nodded. “I know what you mean.” he said, frowning as he dropped the papers back onto the desk.

I bit my lip to keep from laughing.. Valilis looked at me. “What are you laughing at, Ms. Pierce?”

I opened my mouth to talk, but instead laughter came flowing out. I slapped my hand over my mouth, looking at him with wide eyes. I moved my hand away from my mouth. “Sorry. I was thinking of something.” I said, lying.

He looked at me in disbelief. “ Tell the truth” he said, walking in front of the desk, leaning against the desk, staring at me.

“My best friends sister is pregnant with her and her wife's baby and well, I was supposed to be at the Baby shower, except I was called in here here by an idiots brother, and I forgot to get a present, so. ” I smiled, looking at him.

He stared at me. “Oh.” was all he said.

I nodded. “So, what did you want?” I asked.

“ Your a Witch. I need a Witches help.” he said, walking behind the desk and opening a drawer. I watched him, curiously.

He walked over to me, holding out a small, black box. “Take it.” he said, holding it out.

I looked at him. I stood up, walking the few steps that separated us. I took it from his hands and opened it.

I gasped, and dropped the box. I looked at him. “Were did you get this?” I asked, holding my hand up.

“Anapneo” I said, watching as he brought his hands to his throat, looking at me, choking. He was clawing at his throat.

“What are you doing?” he asked in a choked voice.

“Killing you, slowly. .You are going to choke to death as slower as I can. Now who gave you that 'thing'” I asked, nodding towards the ox on the ground.

“My sister gave it to me.” he said, and continued to claw at his throat.

“Nadia?” I asked, dropping my hand. Letting him breath.

He fell to the ground, hands still at his throat. “What is it-” he asked, before I fell to the ground.

I heard Valilis calling my name before everything went dark.......
