It's around 3 am already and
The sound of my shoe is the only noise I can hear inside this abandoned warehouse, aside from my ragged breathing and the sounds of the snore of the cute baby I'm holding. It's been 3 months since my last 'Visit' here and I can't sleep properly after that day. Who can even sleep peacefully knowing that the love of your life will die at the hands of someone, and the worst is you are the only one who can prevent that.

" Y-Yah!!! I know you guys are here somewhere! Come o-out now! " I yelled as I tremble in fear. Suddenly, there was a high-pitched laugh accompanied by some manly chuckles and someone clapping. I can hear the sound of their footsteps getting louder so I assumed that they are getting closer.

" Hahaha!! looks like the sheep came into the wolfs' den! " She evil laugh as I glare at her.

" So what is your business here?" She asked even though she knew the reason.

" I came, as I promised. " I coldly spoke. Her eyes lit up with excitement but coughed to hide her expression.

" Really? That's good! Is that MY Oppa's baby?" She excitedly asked.

" omy omy omy omy! " She squealed while jumping around.

" Mac Oppa, Mic Oppa,  you know what to do!" Then after that, I could feel a cold metal pointing at my forehead, a gun. I can feel myself weakened as the thought of me dying here without even telling goodbyes to anyone. The other guy was about to get the baby in my arms but a loud sound of a siren suddenly can be heard approaching.

" What the fuck?" She blurted out as they are now distracted so I grasp this chance to get the gun and toss it somewhere and ran outside.

" Yah! Come back here! " I ran as fast as I can even if my feet are hurting.

" I'm going to beat you up If I caught you you bitch !" the guy chased me and I can feel he is only meters away from me so the only chance I could lose him is by going to the forest.

" Come back ! " the yells are slowly fading but I didn't stop running. The only thing occupying my mind now is my loved ones who must be sleeping right now and my Jagi who even don't have a clue about my whereabouts. It was a good thing that I called the cops if I didn't, I don't know what could possibly happen.

"Uwah! Uwah!" Sound of the loud cries from the baby who is now awake. I slowly stopped running and try to comfort this little muffin but she can't stop crying.

" gosh, you must be tired aren't you? Don't worry, we'll go home soon. "  I tried calling anyone in my contact but there's not enough signal. I tried again but there really isn't anything.

" Wait here for a bit yeah? I'm just going to find some signal. Ara?" I placed her beside a tree and find some signal.

" Aish! Why is this not working?!" I frustratedly tap my phone but it really isn't working.

" this is bullshit!" I yelled angrily. I didn't have the choice but to go back but... 

"Ackhh Hugh " My head suddenly aches with unbearable pain and I feel dizzy.

" The hell...... " And with that, everything turns black and the fading sound of my little doll crying from the distance.

Ryu JunYeol's POV

I woke up exactly 2:30 in the morning, wide awake. I think it's my instinct that caused me to woke up early because it's my usual daily routine when I was still serving the Military and I just finished my service recently but here I am preparing myself to exercise. I wore some Hoodie and sweatpants accompanied by some black Adidas. I wear a mask to avoid any attention to people if there's still anyone walking around though.

I start first walking outside and just admiring the quiet streets I passed and Inhaling the cold breeze. I saw a park near the forest nearby so I decided to take a stroll there and Jog. After I got in, I stretched for about 10 minutes until I was ready. I started jogging and it was fun actually because it's getting warm and I don't feel so cold unlike a few minutes ago.

After taking a few laps, I didn't feel tired at all because the park was too small compared to where I and the other soldiers' jog, which is a field two times larger at a football yard. So I decided to run a few more laps until a cry stopped me. Honestly, I was scared for a second until I clearly heard the cry, from an infant. I tried my best to look around to where the sound came from and it leads to the forest. Because of curiosity and worry, I got into the forest.

I'm kinda nervous about what I am going to see but nonetheless, I proceed. The cry was getting louder and more clearer and now, in front of me is an abandoned baby, crying and alone. I almost tear up because of the situation of the baby. I carried the baby which made the baby cry less. I look around if there's anyone but since it's dark, I can barely see plus I didn't bring my phone, a dumb move.

So with no choice, I took the baby with me and will adopt her if my manager and my entertainment approved, which is what I'm hoping for. I always wanted to have a son or daughter but I can't even have a wife moreover a girlfriend. So I do hope that I can take care of the baby personally because it's been one of my dreams. But if not, then I have no choice but to let someone adopt her, and that is my mom so at least, I could visit her from time to time.

Ugh! Why do babies easily get my affection?!!
