The class stared at the two opposite students, confusion written on the classes faces. Shota Aizawa and Nemuri Kayama, better known as Midnight, stood behind the two. Midnight held Fumikage Tokoyami's and Denki Kaminari's handcuffed hands in disappointment.
"Students," Aizawa started, causing Denki and Fumikage to flinch, "This is what happens when you disobey the rules I have placed. There is a reason I told you all to not act on your own to save someone on the streets.
"You all may have your licenses, but that doesn't give you permission to put yourself in danger." Aizawa looked at the two handcuffed students. The class was shocked, thinking Aizawa or Midnight handcuffed the two together as a punishment.
"You two are lucky nothing serious happened, and the villains quirk was to only bond two people together," Midnight said, letting go of their handcuffed hands. Both students kept their head low, embarrassed.
"Mr. Aizawa," Denki asked quietly, like his voice was now an embarrassment to the student to his right, "How are we supposed to, ya know, learn? Our desks are nowhere near each other." Aizawa looked at the class, eyes surfing across the seats to figure the situation out.
"And dorm rooms," Katsuki Bakugou suddenly said, "The two are on different floors. Are they just supposed to sleep together?" To everyone's suprise, Katsuki sounded like he genuinely cared. It could've been he didn't want Fumikage to be electrocuted on accident, or some other form of that.
"I've already spoken to them about that, Bakugou," Aizawa said calmly, "For now, the two are going to the dorms common room. We will figure out how to either break to dissolve these handcuffs there."
"Would it be similar to a house arrest," Fumikage and Izuku Midoriya asked in unison. Aizawa nodded, causing Denki and Fumikage to look at each other in concern.
"Off to the dorms, you two. Midnight will be with you two shortly." Aizawa pointed out the class door. The two handcuffed students walked out of the school, heading towards the dorms in silence.
As they were walking, Denki noticed Fumikage constantly looking at the handcuffs and at his abdomen. He looked puzzled. Denki, trying to ignore it, elbowed Fumikage at the front door of the dorms. Fumikage looked at him, then the door handle.
"What is it, Kaminari," Fumikage asked.
"I'm right hand dominant. You should open the door so I don't embarass the fuck out of myself," Denki laughed, looking at Fumikage. To the blondes suprise, Fumikage chuckled to himself.
"The odds are against us then. I'm left hand dominant. Either way, we would both look awkward trying to open the door." Fumikage's statement made the two laugh, until the shadow weilding one opened the door with the handcuffed wrist. Denki slightly jolted towards his handcuff buddy. The brid headed one laughed.
"What is it? Are you scared of doors," Fumikage asked while walking in, practically dragging Denki in with him. The blondes eyebrows furrowed in a joking way.
"No, not doors! I do panic in battle sometimes, but that doesn't mean I'm scared of doors," Denki jokingly defended. Fumikage smiled at him, motioning towards the door.
"Whatever you wish to claim, Kaminari. Please close the door." Denki tried moving his right hand, forgetting the handcuffs. He accidentally pulled Fumikage closer to him, causing both to stumble over.
"Sorry, I'm not used to..." Denki trailed off, looking at their handcuffs. Fumikage waved it off, closing the door with his right hand.
"It's alright, Kaminari. I'm sure no one is used to being handcuffed to their opposite." Denki laughed at Fumikages statement. While it was true, Denki thought of it as something else.
